I went with my mother to this bank a few weeks ago, and the experience was really disappointing. There was an older woman working there (we believe her name is Lori) who had an awful attitude the entire time we were inside. While my mother was being helped, this employee kept complaining about things and making passive-aggressive comments. My mother is hard of hearing, and it seemed to irritate her, which was disheartening to watch.
She was also short and rude with another employee, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone nearby. Afterward, my mom told me this isn’t the first time she’s dealt with that kind of behavior from her. At this point, I’m encouraging her to take her business elsewhere. I definitely won’t be going back.

I have banked at this location for over 25 years. The majority of that is just day to day banking and via the drive thru, but I’ve never had a bad experience. They are always friendly.

Maybe it was the time of day. Maybe it was just a bad day. But the teller I interacted with acted so miserably. Acted as if she did not want to be there and that I being there was equally as miserable.

They are like family everybody in the branch is fabulous and goes above and beyond so glad I trust my money with them best banked I have banked with in 40 years thanks for being fabulous

I would suggest finding another bank. I have been here on multiple occasions and have never had a good experience.

I am a fairly new customer. I have been very satisfied with this bank until today when I was having issues with some overdraft fees and needed to speak to someone. The lady I spoke to (Deborah Brock) was very annoyed trying to explain things to me and honestly rude. I asked to speak to someone else and was assisted by Cathy Bright who was filling in working from the Glenpool branch. Cathy was very patient and polite with me and explained in detail the problem. Please explain to your staff that being short with customers only adds fuel to the fire. Thank you.

Horrible. I've never had a bank be so controlling over money that doesn't belong to them. I'd rather wash my hands with car urine than continue to do business we these control freaks. Have no respect for others time or others property. Debra in the green room is pretty super and very kind, but that's it. 10 put of 10 Homer Simpson THUMBS DOWN
