What I appreciated: comfortable mattress, soft sheets and specifically a fitted bottom sheet, window that opened to allow for fresh air, bathroom drawer and ample counter space, step in shower with sliding doors, wonderful shower head (my husband said the best water pressure he’s ever had in a hotel shower), real refrigerator and nice mini kitchen, no noise at all from other rooms or hallway. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful. My only criticism was that there wasn’t a great place to walk my dog. Very little lawn. The whole area is still being developed around the hotel, so it will only get better.

Brand new location. Poor customer service, I will not recommend, very poor communication from GM she really need a better structure and a few classes on how to treat her customers. Been a Damond member this was my worst experience with IHG . What a bitter experience I am very

Wonderful place to stay! The ladies at the front desk are always so nice and ready to offer assistance whenever I need it. They make checking in and out so effortlessly.Rooms: Rooms are always very clean!

I have stayed at this location many times over the last 1.5 years. It has consistently gone downhill in management. We have had minor issues on our last 2 stays, but todays made me decide to actually leave a review. We checked out today and about 5 hours after check out my daughter realizes her iPad is nowhere to be found. I normally check everything thoroughly but I admit I failed in that today. That is not why I am rating this hotel so bad. I called immediately to see if housekeeping had found an iPad. I was immediately told no, when I asked why that answer was so quick the man said “I just had someone else call for lost and found and there was no iPad”. I am naive and took that answer as gospel. 10-15 min later my husband checks the location of the iPad and it is no other than at the hotel. I call back immediately and tell the man that the location is showing at the hotel with my hotel room. He says that room as been cleaned already but I will double check. He hangs up on me. I call back and say “excuse me but you hung up on me”. He said “sorry I had to check in a guest but we have your iPad”. I said “ok, my husband will be there in 1.5 hours and I’m filing a police report since you lied to me”. He hung up again. I called back with no answer for 3 calls. So I called the police in fear he was selling my iPad. The police showed up at the hotel and the man “claimed” the room hadn’t been cleaned yet and it was found in a pillow case… even though he told me the room was cleaned and nothing was found. Also we never put the iPad in a pillow case. He said his name was “Cora”. I personally will be avoiding this place from now on at all cost. In recent months it has gone down hill and I shouldn’t have to get the police involved to get my property back.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. It has always been clean and the front desk has been pleasant to talk to. The location is pretty convenient, right off the highway.

Business trips stayed here for weeks, overall a good hotel, a few cons are there is only 1 elevator. I noticed one thing that could cause a problem would be no handicap rooms on the first floor at all and if the elevator were to not work it could cause a problem. Staff at the front desk are very good and nice. Only problem with check in is make sure the room is under your name or you will not be able to get checked in. Super clean and nice rooms with half kitchens.

We’ve stayed at this location a few times. This weekend our tournament was rained out (last minute) and they still fully refunded us even though they didn’t have to. The staff have been great to deal with each time we have went.The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be back ?

I recently attempted to reserve a room for my mother and sister. I am stationed overseas and was reassured by three (3) IHG ONE Customer Support specialists that my mother would be able to check into the hotel, as she was added to the guest list on the reservation. The manager at the hotel stated that IHG policy was to not let anyone other than the person who reserved the room check in, which is directly contradictory to what the IHG ONE Customer Support specialists had told me the day prior. The manager also insisted that she told me the week PRIOR that my mother would be unable to check-in, which would not have been possible as I contacted the hotel on 19 June 2023 and the stay was reserved for 20 June 2023. The manager was unwilling to assist in any way, and provided me with the wrong number to contact IHG ONE on 19 June 2023, then refused to provide me with any number on 20 June 2023 saying the IHG hotel did not have the IHG ONE Rewards number.The hotel itself looks nice, and the amenities seem like they would make staying here pleasant, but the manager on shift both days I tried to work with the hotel was wholly unpleasant and has made me strongly rethink my multi year streak of only staying at IHG hotels.

Avoid this place at all costs. I made a points reservation for my wifes grandparents who were displaced temporarily and had their names on the reservation only to have the front desk person tell them a secondary guest can't check into the room. They canceled my points reservation, which forced them to use their credit card, which we were trying to avoid in the first place. Miserable policy, miserable owners dictating that policy. I will definitely black list this hotel from my company and my personal business dealings. What a terrible thing to do to a displaced elderly couple, you should be ashamed. Your comment about following the rules does not apply.Apparently you don't even know it's up to the franchise owner to decide who may check into a points reserved room. Maybe you should make this public knowledge so when I make a reservation online, we aren't baited and switched to pay close to $200 per night!!!! Never staying here again

This is a brand new hotel that’s not completed. There is one elevator for the whole entire place. The layout of this hotel is bad. It was quite a distance from the elevator to our actual room. The hotel was clean, but it should be clean. As soon as we got there, we asked for a luggage cart. The only luggage cart available had two flat tires. No joke they were literally slit wide open. The lady at the front desk eventually got one that worked better. But the tires were low on that one.We got a suite with two queen size beds. It had a small kitchen, which was not supplied very well. There was one spoon and two forks. The beds were comfortable. The shower was also designed badly. There was nowhere to put your stuff. No shelf, nothing inside the shower. And I wasn’t about to put my stuff on the shower floor. We asked the housekeeper to supply us with fresh towels every day and she did she was wonderful. This was also not a very quiet hotel. Well into the night, there was people running in the halls and banging. Which made it really hard to sleep.

Room was fantastic. Like new. The price was amazing, less than holiday inn express. Service was great, friendly staff and free laundry. If you're traveling for work, I would definitely recommend it. Plenty of space to stretch out and take care of your reports. 5 out of 5 from the traveling tech class!
