Highly Recommended! Not only have they allowed me to finance a car at a very low rate, but I'd also like to specifically thank Stephen P., Melissa C., Katy H, for their tremendous help with that process as well! They were very patient and have been extremely helpful in getting the process expedited within a very short time period. Thank you three very much!! I appreciate you all!

I've been banking with FOB for years. I value walking into a bank where people know who you are and want to do their best to serve you, their customer. I personally bank at the Jenks location and can't say enough about the people I see in their lobby. Sandy, Do, Stephen and Cory are just amazing people. They ALWAYS seem pleased to see me and are quick to take care of any issue I need help with. So, Great Job FOB!

They were great. But right now I'm absolutely FURIOUS. My grandma had to get a new card recently and finally got it about 2 weeks ago. This past weekend she tried to buy her prescriptions and the card wouldn't go through. We thought it was the machine at the time as the lady said it had been doing it all day. But it kept happening over the last few days and she finally called the bank today only to discover that they had CANCELLED HER NEW CARD (without telling her mind you. No warning whatsoever) TI SWITCH IT OUT FROM VISA TO MASTERCARD. Now she can't buy her prescriptions until the card arrives, some of them she desperately needs. So thanks guys for screwing my grandma over ??

Customer service is great. Others don't return phone calls (even those promised) or follow up on outstanding issues. If you don't stay on top of things yourself they won't get done. I'm locked into a mortgage otherwise I would leave immediately.

I am very disappointed and will be removing my account immediately. My husband went to make make a deposit to our account. He was inside waiting in line for 15 minutes and by the time he got back outside THEY HAD HIS CAR TOWED for parking in an UNMARKED allegedly reserved spot. It cost us $400 to get the car back out. I am incredibly disappointed and would caution anyone who banks here to leave.

I am an out of state customer and have banked with 1st Ok Bank for sometime now. Incredible customer service, all questions are answered promptly and succinctly and any issues that arise have been dealt with quickly and professionally. I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks so much!!

UPDATE: The same bank teller I posted this review about called my husband’s employer the day after this review was posted and told his employer that we were no longer allowed back at the bank and also falsified many different things about the situation that took place as posted in my review to attempt to get my husband in trouble, I’m assuming. My posted review is factual of the events that occurred to me (customer) by this specific employee. ——————I went here today to cash a check. I have cashed countless checks at this location before without issue, however today I showed up on my day off with a ball cap and t-shirt on, not expecting what was about to occur. After the dark haired male bank teller told me I could cash my check, the older white haired female bank teller then preceded to look me up and down and shake her head no and turn around. The male then told me sorry but he actually couldn’t now. I asked why I couldn’t since my husband and I always cash our checks there. He turned around to ask her and she looked me up and down again while continuing to shake her head no and signaled for me to leave before even speaking with me. She finally came over and I asked her why both my husband and I have been able to cash our paychecks there for years and she shook her head, rolled her eyes at me and told me that I needed to take it to where I bank at. This same bank teller usually give my kids suckers and flirts with my husband but since I’m wearing a ball cap today I’m suddenly not worthy to even be spoken to? You just shook your head and refused me service without any explanation. Avoid coming here if you want to be treated like a decent and equal human being.

I’ll continue to post this wherever I can, especially after this bank teller contacted my husband’s place of employment after I left a negative review. I want to warn everyone I can to avoid banking here at all costs. Customer service is key and this bank falls way short.

I dont know about all of the departments but I have heard by my wife and her family that Lori Allen is always helpful and I will be getting my accounts moved her as soon as Covid is over.

Incredibly unhappy customer! Beware they are not versed on products they are selling. Terrible customer service from the 41 and Peoria branch. After calling several times and getting bounced around the manager at Jenks was able to help me. Employee from Peoria then accused me of not giving them correct info to help me. Needless to say I closed my account their today. The manager at Jenks was apologetic. I hope they give their employees better training!

I have been a business client since 2013. This bank goes above and beyond. Only one time in the whole nearly 7 years did they make a mistake and it was more of my preference than a mistake. They were more than happy to make the correction. They have the best CD rates, they are helpful with your account or online banking if you are not savvy about some service. I use the one on Brookside mostly because that is where my business is located. They know everyone by name, and greet you by name as you walk in the door. PLUS THEY OFTEN GIVE OUT GOLD AND SLIVER BARS IN A BANK BAG AT CHRISTMAS!!

Everyone here goes above and beyond to HELP...they are very friendly and super positive to deal with. They are by far my favorite Bank to deal with from checking to savings to loans. I give ALL the employees 5 stars :)
