Fix Auto in Jenks is a top notch operation. I recently had to have a driver door replaced ,and they found an excellent match. I am extremely satisfied with their work, and I will be having other work done on my car in the near future.
I would definitely recommend Fix Auto to anyone who needs top quality work done on their vehicle.

Communication was great! Was expecting my truck to be completed on Friday but was finished 2 days earlier. Allowed me to bring in additional part to be fixed while being worked on with no additional fees. Will definitely use them if ever needed in future.

Fix Auto has many locations in the Tulsa area. I go to the location in Jenks and they are so trustworthy and honest. From start to finish, they communicate and do good work. They work with many insurance companies so I’m not waiting for an adjuster and I’m really happy to report that my vehicle is as if no damages even happened! Thank you for always taking great care of me!

* intake was quick, courteous and efficient.
* estimate was provided to myself and the insurance company within 20 minutes of arrival
* appointment was scheduled then offered sooner when parts arrived early
Estimate was increased without notice when car was left for repair; another charge was added for recalibration when the car was released. Was this not anticipated? It felt like bait and switch.
* the car was ready when anticipated. It was repaired, washed, looks beautiful and drives great.

Car looks and drives great would never know it was in an accident. Great service and car was done and ready for pickup about 5 days earlier than expected. Would definitely be a repeat customer if I ever need it again.

I've brought 3 vehicles here so far. Professional and prompt. Communication is always on point. They go above and beyond to get it right and make sure you are happy to even when they don't have to. Worked quickly with our insurance to make sure we were well taken care of. Could not be more impressed. Definitely will return to Fix It Auto Jenks for any of our repairs and you should too!

Someone put a scratch in my hood and they repainted and matched the car perfectly. Two days and done in Jenks was very important for me.
