Love the Loft & so excited that Tulsa has this new outlet!! I had an issue with my account not pulling up correctly in the store, it was very frustrating. But, Theresa in the store was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond and took the time to figure out the issue for me. Exceptional customer service!
