She greeted me soon as I walked in, even when someone else had walked in right before me. She was the one who drew my blood. Made me feel right at home and made the blood draw a virtually painless procedure.”

“I've gotten tested four times now: twice with MCI, once at a local university site, and once at CVS. MCI was the fastest and most convenient on the actual day of testing, and the process to obtain results was fairly straightforward. I am frankly a little surprised by some of the negative feedback where people are irritated that they had to wait a few days to get results during peak COVID testing season. Global pandemics are inconvenient. Everyone I interacted with at MCI was very professional and customer service focused. Great experience!”

“Just had the best blood work draw of my entire 75 yrs! THANK YOU “SHAQUYLE” you are amazing! I am a very hard stick with small veins that roll and “Shaquyle” got it first stick and I had 7 tests on my list of blood work! Took her less than 2 mins!! GIVE HER A RAISE!!It’s NOV 20th 2023 and had another amazing blood draw done by “ALISHA”and she too was fast and not even a mark or bruising!! So GIVE HER A RAISE ALSO!!It is now Mar 13, 2024 and coming in today hopefully, for another Blood work up! Praying for another awesome experience!”

“wonderful service, amazing ladies work here. they were quick to get the orders put in and get me back into the room, I have a whole list of lab orders from my specialist and I could only get through 2 of the vials being taken before I fainted and couldn't handle any more blood drawing, but they were so patient and kind, they didn't make me feel bad about not doing well and I will be able to go back and take the rest in a few days!”
“Awesome staff!! I had to give a hair sample for a drug screen for employment and had went to a previous place where they tried to take 2 inches from the top of my head down to the scalp... absolutely not. I left and came here. They were friendly and helpful and took the appropriate amount from sections on the under side of my hair. Thank youuuu for helping an old lady out and staying a little later.?”

“People seem to be nice. Tests are quick but it is a little busy in here and it has taken longer than 5 or 10 minutes to be seen but I'm ok with that. Building definitely needs work it's outdated but other than that it's a decent place no complaints.”

“No idea how this place gets such awful reviews. I have been here multiple times with multiple family members and have had a wonderful experience each time. There have been a couple of staff members that are not so pleasant but realistically, not everyone in the world is always going to be in a great mood. The services provided by the hospital have outweighed the 2 negative people. Doctors have always been kind, caring and very considerate. Nurses are encouraging and uplifting. Half of these reviews are complaining about wait times - if you knew how ED's worked, some emergency are more urgent than others. This place unfairly gets a bad rap.”
“Best management and lab technicians I have ever encountered!! I had my blood sugar test done for 4 hours and they were standing by my side . From front desk to the supervisor all were so caring . I was about to pass out and they offered the pediatric room at the back to rest !! They need a shout out for their over the bar professionalism . Thank you guys ..”

“I ordered my test results online and walked in with no appointment. I checked in on the kiosk and didn’t even sit down for one minute before Adriane called me back! I hope I spelled her name right but she had me in the room less than 5 minutes. She is a pro, barely felt the needle and no bruising! I would go here again for any other tests needed! “I went to this location because of the reviews since I have slight needle anxiety, and I’m glad I did. A very nice young woman named Madison was working all by herself and handled me and everyone else in there this morning like a true professional—efficient but not rushed through. I barely felt anything, and this morning was an odd occasion where I became slightly faint (happens every couple of times I have blood drawn for physicals), but Madison helped me recover quickly and easily! She needs some assistance in there, and a raise!”
