Some of my nails are darker color than the others edges for my French tips are off some are longer than others had to refile and didn't fill it white all the way. Waited for 30 minutes to be seen wasn't offered a nail color book.

I've been coming to this salon for over two years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I always get dip on my natural nails (with the occasional tip if I break one), and the quality is consistently excellent. My nails rarely chip or break, and when they do, it's usually on me for letting them grow out too much or chewing the edges.
Appointments always take about the same amount of time and cost the same unless I add nail art or extras, and even then, they are upfront about what to expect with cost. The customer service is fantastic, professional, kind, and firm when needed. They do not allow pushy or disrespectful behavior, which unfortunately can sometimes be an issue in salon settings, and I admire how they handle it with grace.
Danny, Snow, Wendy, and others (whose names I didn’t catch) have all done an amazing job. I've never had a bad experience with any of the techs. Everyone is talented, patient, and detail-oriented.
On top of all that, the environment is peaceful and calming. The 2000s Christian pop playlist is nostalgic in the best way. If you're looking for a salon that delivers consistently great results in a respectful, relaxing setting, this is the one.

I’m a visitor and looked for a nail salons. Serenity Nail catched my eyes so I decided to give a try, and it was more than i expected.
The salon is clean and nail tech are professional and enthusiastic. They also serve beveges. I’m highly recomended Serenity Nail to everyone.

Disappointing service! After signing in, I was told to come back in an hour. I returned exactly an hour later to be completely ignored. I waited to no one acknowledging me. I understand if you don’t have enough people but not to acknowledged after returning back to your salon is poor customer service. Unless you have all day to wait on them don’t bother going there.

I’ve been going here for years! Never had a bad experience! Gracie is awesome with my dip nails, and their pedicures are great as well! They’re always busy which is a great thing but I just recommend calling ahead!

Lol the man who did my nails overcharged me, didn't talk and didn't give me anything I wanted 90 dollars for round uneven nails and got upset I asked him to give me the color I wanted for base but not even the shade I asked. I hate i tipped, go to elm st nails instead

Me and mother went and asked for her nails done and my nails and toes done. I got my toes done then asked for the same color on my nails and my mother told the lady I wanted my nails done too and she completely ignored us and cut my mom many times. It was only girlies and they were rude. I would not recommend to anyone. It was expensive as well for low services! The vibe was really negative as well. terrible experience!!!!!!!
