We came around 740 pm placed our order didn’t get prop to pay wasn’t worried about it waited 20 minutes before I hit the call button to ask about our order was told they were waiting on one more item 8pm, then another 20 minutes pass before I could not wait any longer and canceled the order.

DISCLAIMER: I'm honored to be a Top 10 Reviewer for Google. I do my best to be fair and honest but realize your experience may differ from mine. So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. REVIEW: Nothing special about our visit to this Sonic but it was better than our previous experience at one of their restaurants in Collinsville. The food quality at Sonic has diminished horribly over the years.

i go and get 3 things and for some reason it took over 10 minutes when it was dead?? because their friend pulled up to talk to them? and then i watch the person who’s supposed to bring my food to me walk to the door with it just to turn around and put it down to talk some more. when i finally get my food i don’t get a fork or straw, and they made my drink wrong. bad all around. i regret the tip i left honestly.

Edit: they've gone downhill. I don't believe this location has much to do with that (though the food is inconsistent now). The app. The app is unreliable. Login issues, communication issues when checking in at a stall, and pricing issues. Today I ordered the footlong coney on special for 1.99, but the app charged me the full regular price anyway.It's a Sonic. You get what you expect - fast food that tastes like fast food. I really like the frozen lemonade with just a splash of cherry. Refreshing on these 100+ degree days this summer.

I was impressed by the modern and stylish design of the hotel. The amenities were top-notch, and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. The central location made it easy for me to explore the city. A fantastic experience overall!

Sonics have fallen since the pandemic so I'm hesitant to spend money on them, but I made an exception for the $.50 corndog.Could have been a little hotter and crispier, but was passable. Delivered with a smile and a good tone by the young man who let me know I had mustard in the bag already.Good experience today.

I took my Momma to get a shake.She ended up with a hit fudge Sunday instead. She had wanted a hit caramel Sunday, but they didn't have a way to create one. Maybe they could figure out how to get caramel hot! This would be so great! My Mother would be So HappySonic new menu item please. Hit Caramel Sunday. We had a good time.Parking: Pull up into a stale by a menu. Push the red button. Someone asks for your order. Someone in roller skates, lo,l brings your order to your car. You pay them. Either stay there & eat or drive away. All's good

I feel like sonic has struggled to maintain quality in the past years. Don't get me wrong, the drink selection is amazing and the desserts are pretty great too. But everytime I get food from the sonic by my work I always feel quite disappointed. Their prices can be high when compared to other fast food places in the area and I feel like the quality of food is definitely not worth what they charge. I go to work very very early in the mornings so my options are super limited if I need a quick breakfast, so I do go and get breakfast sometimes. The service is always pretty decent, but the food is definitely hit and miss, and I always seem to have to wait forever. My particular store always seems understaffed. I don't know if that's a company wide problem (I know their pay is pretty low compared to comparable places), or if it's just my store in particular. All in all, while I do go there sometimes it's definitely not my first choice.Vegetarian options: Not sure they have any vegetarian options besides side items like fries, tots and mozzarella sticks. And of course all the deserts.
