Went there to get my usual venti mocha cookie crumble and I waited at a table for 20 minutes after I had already paid and a young man with makeup gave me a attitude when I asked if my drink had been put in and he said were extremely busy meanwhile I was the only person inside waiting and there was no other cars in the line honestly I could zero star a place I would awful customer service and very slow would not recommend coming here now I got to Dutch bros where the service is quicker and the workers are always smiling and happy

I have been to a mini of Starbucks in my lifetime and I’ve never had the service that I have at this location. It is by far the best in Tulsa and I’m inclined to say it’s the best Starbucks out there. I’ve never been inside, but I’ve been through the drive-through about 100 times in the last month. The guy that works the drive-through does phenomenal job and so personal but not overwhelming. Thank you so much!

Tanya the store manager was incredibly rude this morning. Why work the drive through if you don't have any manners or customer service skills. I should've just went to Dutch Bros across the street.

Just wanted to shout out Bailey! Their service was amazing and personalized! I appreciated Bailey’s sense of humor and witty banter. Whoever made my drink did a great job and I appreciate the quick service I was provided. I wasn’t going to go to Starbucks this morning, but I’m glad I changed my mind. Thanks for giving me a wonderful start to my day ?

We came around 10:45 today. The lady at the drive through speaker was horrendously rude. Her tone was condescending and she spoke to us like we were stupid. When we pulled up to the window, Bailey was very nice. At least that was a plus.

I admit that I frequent this Starbucks often! It’s not the closest to my house but it’s the fastest and most friendly! ?? As a business owner, I wonder why their customer experience is so different (in a good way) than other Starbucks? Yesterday, I was in a hurry to get out of town- but I wanted my Venti Chai Tea Latte first. I pulled up to 7 cars in the drive through. Typically seven cars would not take that long but I didn’t feel my schedule could chance it and I could see that no one was inside at the counter so I parked (unusual for me) and went in. Of course, I got a super friendly high energy greeting at 6:45am on a Friday morning- they took my order and had it ready for me in record time. I was back in my car in 3 minutes excited that I made the decision to go in and CERTAIN that I would have beat the drive through line (you know, cuz it’s a race!). What caught me off guard is that the person I would have been behind in the drive through line, that black suburban, was pulling out right ahead of me! What?! How did that happen. I looked back and the drive through line was now empty! 7 cars ordered and got through the drive thru line before me! They were on their A game for sure! But this is typical, which is why I drive to this Starbucks instead of a closer one!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years and established great relationships in the past. Unfortunately today was my last day. New management has brought with it bad customer service. Gave me the feeling that I was not welcome and they don’t care about their loyal customers. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I came to study (I’m a medical student) and for two days straight, I felt so welcomed to be at this location. Even at 8A, the workers were noticeably joyful to be working. Yesterday afternoon, an employee named Emily asked me about my day and what I do for a living, and today Bill did the same. Both had amazing customer service and as someone who used to work in the food industry, that is such a blessing. It is bright and very clean inside. Patio was clean and covered for outside enjoyment. Great job y’all!

I do understand that this location is always very, very incredibly busy, but it’s almost as if the baristas don’t even bother looking at the directions on the order. Not one time have I ever come to this location in the six years of living in this area, have I never gotten my drink Made properly. And it really isn’t that difficult. It’s a cold brew with sugar-free vanilla and heavy cream. But every time it’s almost as if it has no syrup whatsoever and no heavy cream. I guess if you have a straight of the menu order, it’s fine or if you just don’t mind, however it’s made and that’s fine too. But don’t bother putting instructions for your drink. I will add that I left a tip anyway because I understand the barista’s are working super hard and they’re understaffed, but it would be really nice if they would at least follow the directions on the order.Sorry Starbies ?
