So I've gone here two times in a row. The first time my hair was cut by a young African American woman who gave me literally one of the best haircuts I've ever had. And no exaggeration my second time here my hair was cut by an older Caucasian woman who gave me one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. I'm super disappointed. My hair looks stupid. And I could tell it was going to look bad as she was cutting my hair. Because she was doing things that no other stylist has ever done to my hair and all I asked for was a low fade. And she gave me a I guess low fade in a way that I've never had it done before. And it looks like trash. I don't even like looking at it. I can just see little parts of hair that are longer than they should be and out of place just by looking in my mirror in my vehicle.

Waited in the parking lot for 8 min while there was a sign on the door saying be back in 5. She finally opens I walk in and she says there is someone coming in 10 mins and that she closes in 20 mins. I don't think I've ever had a haircut take 10mins total. Don't these people work for tips??
