Our storage unit was clean at move in and we used it for 9 months. Really like the 24 hour secure access. Great communication and Kelly B. is a pleasure to work with. I will definitely rent again when in need of a little extra space.

Customer service is so bad, I always have such a hard time getting ahold of someone. I understand there has to be a card for autopay I do not like autopay so I like to manually pay ahead but that is impossible to do online and like I said I have a hard time reaching someone on the phone. I also had a set payment then later on the up the price, just very frustrating. I can’t even get through the pay by phone automated system it always has an error

Just rented space online yesterday. Went to the office today to prove identity and find out where my space is. Abby was very friendly, and extremely helpful. I had signed up for the wrong space online, but she worked to get me squared away. She went out of her way to make sure I got the space I wanted and directed me to the exact location.

I visited a few different storage facilities and this was clean and well maintained. Abby was informative and knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process. She was so helpful she earned my trust. I won’t use any other facility!!
