I started with TTCU for my vehicle loan because of their competitive rates. Their loan officers impressed me again when it was time for a mortgage—super knowledgeable and offered some of the best rates I could find. The entire staff, both in-branch and online customer service, has been exceptional. They've made the financing process a breeze and are always quick to address any questions.

Don't change you phone number because you'll have ongoing problems with the mobile app two factor authentication, and will likely visit a branch location multiple times.

I attempted to get a heloan from TTCU. I have 2 other accounts with them and have never had any major problems. This time the process took 3 months (never finished the process). In those 3 months me and my husband were having to continually contact the loan officer to see where we were at and what else was needed. We would respond within a day maybe two, and the loan officer wouldn’t respond for days, and the last time took 3 weeks to respond even after we both contacted him. We asked to speak with the branch manager and get a new loan officer . They called when I was unable to answer and left no message or contact information. I was then sent an email with the new loan officers name, but again no contact info, and days later still have yet to hear anything. It seems communication is a consistent problem throughout the company now. Definitely would not recommend TTCU anymore. I have plenty of emails to backup my issues if the company would like to review this incident.

This location is the worst on customer service. I randomly use this location over 2-3 years. And it’s always so freaking terrible. And then I avoid it till I forget and get a refresher. Ugh.

Good customer service, I've always been in and out quickly with no issues. Having free notary services for members is a big plus for me too. I wish their lobby stayed open a bit later though.

Man if I gotta work on Columbus day why not y'all?! You are literally responsible for the money and accounts of millions of people. Why is it that you get a day off on such a second hand holiday. Unacceptable! I will be moving my money to another more reliable credit union. One who understands the need for immediate access to our money!

Absolutely terrible. In the years I've been banking with them, I've had more problems than I can recount.Their fraud team is notorious for inconsistently flagging legitimate transactions such as my paycheck deposit, my income tax refund, my stimulus payments, my rent check, my car payment, my utility payments, and even tiny day to day purchases. They've even flagged payments setup through their online bill payment system! I've lived and worked in the same location for nearly a decade. These alleged fraudulent transactions have all occurred countless times in the past. There should be nothing suspicious about them.It takes anywhere from a few days to several weeks for some transactions to appear on my ledger and transactions as a whole are rarely processed in a timely manner or the correct order. On numerous occasions I have complained about transactions being selectively processed to increase NSF fees. I've also gone as long as two months for an authorization hold to release after paying at the pump with my debit.Their payment and banking systems are down for maintenance regularly, and there is no set time or days of the week when this happens. I have to carry cash and/or credit cards at all times because I never know when my debit card will leave me in a bind. There is no assistance of any kind after hours which causes me a tremendous amount of headache as I work night shift. I can't rely on their service. I can't rely on their payment and banking systems. And I can't rely on the accuracy or availability of their mobile apps. When I recently inquired about a home loan it took them weeks to get back to me, wasting my time just to learn they have the highest rates (by a mile) and the most fees of all the loan servicers I had researched.Even as I am in the middle of trying to switch banks and close my account I'm being given the run around. I absolutely hate this bank!

Rude front employees. Unable to communicate well with members. Won’t be back at this location again.

‼️ Minorities using this location will not be treated with the same dignity nor respect as others. I am a first time homebuyer and luckily I done my homework and knew what loan types were available to me, but my loan officer of course just tried to sell me the much less cost effective loan type without attempting to educate me on all options.. which is pretty important considering I qualified for a 2.5% loan (I was offered the 5% loan)First red flag! But my significant other and I was optimistic and decided to proceed. We were questioned as if we weren’t legit even after we proved ourselves time and time again. Also it’s never really what someone says but HOW they say it right? Well by then we understood the dynamics but was way to far in contract to back out.Our sellers wanted to close in 30 day’s, and my lender said it WILL be at least 60 days maybe even before then. So of course the sellers weren’t happy but they did compromise with us. On day 90‼️ after extending our contract and pacifying the sellers my integrity is still being questioned by these people, they were asking for even more paystubs, made us resend documents we knew for sure we had sent over twice already, and this kept going all the way until the sellers couldn’t take no more and broke contract causing my family to miss out on a beautiful home..Now I don’t know what else could’ve caused this treatment except for pure bias.

I have had an account with this bank since I was 12. I have not had the best experience with this bank or any other. They may look out for you but that is only when you meet their requirements. They look out for their bottom line first the same as anyone else. Was told that I would have to have the same job for more than a year before I was eligible for a mortgage. At which point I will have enough money to outright buy property. I have consistently put money into my account even when it hurt me to do so. But I don't meet their criteria so im sol. I have approximately half of what I need to buy the property outright currently. To bad it will be sold before I can save enough. So thank you ttcu. I hope this helps anyone thinking of doing business with them. Also this was the third branch I had to go to. As the first two didn't have mortgage officers on duty. Guess they called out cause mondays are to hard for them. I will say that a nice lady at this location actually called around and found a mortgage officer for me for what that's worth.

Been banking here for close to 30 years and their loan rates are not competitive at all. Every car I've owned and my current home we've financed with other credit unions. I'm not finding rates that are barely better, but quite significantly too.

Called and apparently they are to good to do temporary payment deference’s due to loss of income like all the other actual good credit unions which were doing it and doing it free of charge at that. Won’t be using again.

Roshan was pleasant and helpful. I appreciated him attempting multiple avenues to resolve my issue.
