Kudos to Brian Cleveland at the Jenks U-Haul. He took an experience that started out a bit rough and made it memorable for all the right reasons. In fact, because of his efforts, I was able to make the trip under the allotted milage by three miles...thus saving a tremendous amount of money. Because of Brian, would gladly rent from U-Haul again.

My husband and I recently made a move from Tulsa via U-Haul. The experience started out a bit rocky, to be honest, until Brian Cleveland of the Jenks U-Haul stepped in to save the day! He was fantastic. Not only did he take the time to get everything in order and correct errors made by another facility, he went the extra mile so that we could deliver the truck to a location that was twenty minutes closer to our destination, which prevented us from exceeding our milage.

Hands down best U-Haul rental place I’ve ever been too. Brian was absolutely amazing from the beginning. I called at 8:00 AM sharp to check status of trailers and they answered and let me know what they had. Even though it was a Saturday and very busy morning as movers were renting tons of trucks, Brian was really quick and efficient with each customer. Very nice, courteous and professional. Thanks for the help Brian and getting what I needed in a short period of time. Highly recommend this rental location. Customer for life!

This the worst U-Haul rental location. Most of the staff is rude and not properly trained to assist customers.
