I cannot cancel a passport appointment online. Nor will anyone answer the phone. There is also no email or any way to contact them, besides going into the location -- which I cannot.Please fix your website or answer phone calls or list an email address.If you want to get your passport renewed, go the Court House downtown instead. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I also had a different post office location take an incorrect passport photo, so I had to take all my kids out school, go back to the location, and get another photo. Then bring my kids back to school and go *back* downtown. Just go to the courthouse.

I live in southern reserve the post man just put my flag down and did not pick up my mail. This is the second time this has happened. It was not my regular mail man. If this person is training you need to tell the person that when the flag is up that means you need to pick up the mail. Dec 5th

Shipped a package from this post office (my first time going here) to my son at Georgia State University 3 weeks ago and the tracking is still saying “package has been received at USPS on September 7” with no further information. I was told he would receive it Sept 10th. It seems to have just vanished and no one can find it.

Best post office I’ve been to. Everyone was super nice. Service was effective and clear. Just left. Really impressed.Love it when people are happy.

This is the best post office, sometimes there is a wait in line, but they are always friendly, helpful, and work quickly.

We have had more trouble with this post office not delivering mail than anywhere I’ve ever lived. We even scheduled re-delivery of something they were supposed to deliver yesterday and didn’t, and they STILL didn’t deliver it. They deliver mail for completely wrong addresses and miss our actual mail on at least a weekly basis. The worst post office I’ve ever dealt with.

Debbie is a literal angel! She helped me to get my passport as quickly as possible for a trip that is very soon. She did all that she could and was very knowledgeable about other services and what would be best for me. She was not only making the process super easy, but also very pleasant overall because of her kindness. She had such a soothing voice and the experience was just absolutely perfect over all! I am extremely satisfied!!! Love the people here- and not to mention the office is sparkling clean- so clean you can smell how clean it is! Just lovely! Thank you all so much for your help! Love you guys tons!!!

We applied for new passports today at the Jenks Post Office. Two compliments-- it was snowing so I called to be sure the office was open, and the man who answered said, "Yes we are open to serve people!" Then we had the pleasure of having a staff member named Debbie help us. She provided excellent service with patience and a very friendly way. Thank you to the USPS!

The team at the Jenks USPS office is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I don't believe I have ever experienced a better USPS team! Team member Theresa did a fantastic job guiding us through passport app processes and ensuring that our pics met all regulatory requirements.

I am giving a 1 star because there’s NO way to get in contact with a real person over the phone. I’ve been receiving the WRONG mail for the past few weeks and needed to bring this to their attention. I’ve also checked with my fellow neighbors and they are also NOT receiving their correct mail. Please address this promptly. And fix it so your customers can contact you directly and not have to listen to a robot. Signed a concerned citizen.

Not very busy. Friendly staff. They take passport photos and will take applications but must take appointment.They were very helpful when 2 years ago we had to take pictures of my very squirmy 2 year old.They have post offices boxes to rent, stamps and retail services. It is a modest sized post office with drive up drop boxes on the west side of the building.

Ordered an item from a local Jenks business. They dropped package off and it sit in Jenks post office 5 days without being scanned in and "received". Filed a complaint of stolen mail, and package was "recieved" within hours. Other reviews show this is pretty typical for the location. Not sure if location is understaffed, employees don't care about the quality of their work, or a combination of both. I am so tired of poor service from the USPS and no improvement in sight. Guess that is how socialism works.

All of the ladies who worked with us were sweeties. The one who helped process passports was extremely patient as well.
