Westlake Hardware is a locally owned Ace Hardware store. It is described as a very comforting place to shop, with a surprising amount of variety for its smaller size. The store is well organized and has everything needed for home projects and gardening. The staff is helpful, friendly, and not overwhelming. They are especially helpful for getting keys made and finding specialty hardware like nuts, bolts, and screws. Prices are great. It is easy to take young kids, making it way less exhausting than bigger stores. The store also has cute community events, like pumpkin decorating. The employees are the most helpful, assisting not just one person but others looking for similar things. As the helpful hardware folks, they promise that helping customers is the most important thing.

Very helpful employees this evening. Trying to solve a painting problem and the young guy helping us definitely went out of his way to help provide solutions. Very impressive customer service, wish I had caught his name.
