I went into the bank to get a loan for a car for my son. My son filled out the application which was a good experience. I was told they’d contact us the next day the loan was going over to copyright. Next day no call back we drove back to the bank to have to sit and wait for a loan officer. Loan didn’t go to copyright nor did they communicate with the car dealer. The loan officer came out never apologized for the no call back and was acting like we were holding her day up. The loan officer said I’d have to co sign even though my son had excellent credit score with a cash down payment only wanting $4000 to loan. After that we still wouldn’t have known if approved for the loan until the third day. How disappointing. This was upsetting cause we didn’t plan on it taking three days to get a car loan how unfortunate for us. We live in Jones but must go to Armstrong Bank where it took all of ONE hour to be approved for the car loan. If you want to waste your time and money waiting on an under staffed bank is you business, me I’ll bank at Armstrong Bank.

This afternoon I visited the drive up window to make a couple deposits, one of which was over $100 dollars in rolled coins. After placing the coins in the tray the teller told me she would be back after she ran the coins through the counter. I thought that to be strange for her to do, I have been depositing coins for years and no one had ever done that. So I am sitting in the business drive through lane for an extremely long time, while she unrolled every roll and ran apparently ran the coin through a counter, after she got a total she came back to the window and told me the amount and informed me about a penny that the counter would not accept. There was another customer behind me in the business lane most of the time. After she deposited the coin in my account I told her "I have been depositing coins in the drive through for years and she was the first teller that had ever done that and I said there are other customers waiting." She replied "that's the way she does it and that they have to wait. I couldn't believe her response, I made my other deposit, got my receipts and drove away. This was terrible not only for me but the other customer that was waiting for service. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Approximately 1 month ago I went to the bank to request a loan. I was instructed to complete an application and visit with Mr. Frank Bean. After speaking with Mr. Bean and providing him my application, Mr. Bean said to give him a few days and he would contact me. As of today, I have left 2 messages and called him on his cell phone, which was provided by bank staff on Columbus Day when he was not working at the site, still no response. To date, my credit has not been pulled by BancFirst, no return call or any type of communication. Terrible customer service!!!

Some of the staff is very unhelpful, Claudia the drive-thru Clerk is not helpful at all on multiple occasions. I will be forced to do my business out of my way at the Edmond BancFirst where customer service is taken seriously.
