Good at first policy changed and went up, i'm fine with that but I'm not fine when I get told one thing about my payment and then the following month what I was told was not even the truth... If you Don't know. Don't assume about it. Just say you don't know!!

Affordable compared to most but they have a very inconvenient online system. My payment had gone through & they sent me a letter saying it was rejected and it was pending cancellation. Well I checked my bank, payment went through successfully.... of course I get this email on a Sunday after I had picked up a rental car & was in Phoenix, AZ far from where I live (not a great feeling) and your reps aren't even available til Monday! As soon as I called she said "she wasn't sure and to call back". I called back and the rep said my payment had gone through just fine & I had nothing to worry about... doesn't make me feel like I can trust this company. So yeah my biggest feedback is a better online system to keep better track of your payments being submitted so you aren't worrying your customers for no reason at all.
