“I've had quite a few visits to our local post office and I must say, the experience has always been positive. The staff there is consistently friendly and helpful. They genuinely seem happy to assist with any postal needs, as long as they're open.One thing to note is their operating hours. They're a bit unusual compared to other places, so it's a good idea to check before you go. But the great thing is, if their hours say they're open, you can count on them being there, ready and willing to help out in any way they can. It's this kind of reliable service that really sets our post office apart.”

“I feel compelled to respond to the last review that was made by the last reviewer. The clerk at this post office had been recovering from a bad case of shingles. He had terrible head and ear pain and could barely speak because his throat was so swollen he couldn't eat solid food. His voice was very hoarse but he was toughing it out for the sake of his customers. So in his condition he might have sounded rude to the customer but the customer did not understand what the clerk was going through. Believe me, this clerk does his very best to serve his customers and is thankful for every one of them.”

“Originally upon starting my small-business, I frequented a more local post office, but after having a few troublesome experinces at the other USPS location (an employee was constantly attempting to force me to pay $30.00+ to ship a small box within the USA via the basic Priority Mail insured/tracked option) I began traveling an additional couple of minutes to ship from the Arcadia USPS location.I am so glad I chose this location! The trip is pleasent, the people are kind along the way and what better way to travel than on Route 66? Route 66, the road of American businesses and lots of family-owned shops and hand-made goods along the way! Glad to visit this location as the employees and postmaster are all very kind, patient and knowledgeable - no matter what you throw at them! In my case, snowglobes, ornaments and figurines. And a LOT of them, haha!Again, very kind people and a great location. Even on a Monday, there is very little traffic and no chaos. Chaos is the best way to get rid of me.I never thought I could attend a post office on a Monday in December without elbow-to-backside-bumping madness.The post offices I've been to in the past could learn from this location- patience, kindness and willingness to help pays off and prevents agressive chaos in the lobby.Thank you, Arcadia!”

“I don't know why this post office has such bad reviews, they have been nothing but fantastic to work with. Super helpful and extra friendly, they are always there when I need them, and contrary to what others have said, in my experience, they always pick up the phone. As far as lost mail and mail delivered to wrong addresses... look, it's the United States Post Office... it happens. Saturday hours are weird, though.”

“I was just dropping off a letter into the slot. Early early in the morning as soon as I could get there, so 8 o’clock and there’s beaming young woman came out the door with her arms full. Yes you’re employed with the happiest attitude greeted me with a smile, and a good morning started my day off right she just was a beam of light beauty inside and out was just oozing out of her! I’m just a little old lady and some of my days are blooming and she really really really just cheered me right up just by a simple hello and a happy greeting and how are you doing? I wish I knew her name so I can personally say thank you for making an otherwise same old day into one of the absolute joy.”
