We cash my girlfriend’s check here every month. It’s a treasury check and they’ve always done it for a small fee in spite of the fact she doesn’t have an account there. Today we went through the drive thru and were told we couldn’t cash the check cause they don’t offer the service to non account holders. Kim Banning informed us she’s worked there over a year and never been allowed to cash these checks for non account holders. We’ve done it every month without issue until today. Disappointing because the branch in vinita was very helpful and willing to do it for us.
