Margaret and Vanessa are two wonderful souls who will go above and beyond for the public. The town of Mounds can sometimes be full of hateful, unappreciative and miserable individuals, but please don’t be one of them. I genuinely appreciate and respect that the employees here at this post office show up and are ready to serve each day no matter the weather! She is what all postal service employees should emulate. She's friendly, helpful, answers questions and offers advice concerning post office services. She's a credit to the post office and to our little town.”
