Customers appreciate the good hot food, especially the pizza and wings, and enjoy the positive, welcoming atmosphere.
The staff is always friendly and polite, even when I have listened to people yell at them for circumstances beyond their control. I enjoy interacting with the staff, who are friendly and joke with you.
