My father, brother and I came in latter part of a Friday. The bank was busy of course. Jessica took great care of our needs and understood our mission. Her customer service was out of this world! She ensured my family would have no hiccups down the road with our aging father. Seamless service! Jessica is definitely a gem and a great asset to the bank. Her Co-workers also played a great part in assisting her to make certain we left the bank care-free.
These women were so caring and their dedication to bank customers are out of this world! Overhearing convos with other bank customers (as Jessica attended my family) were truly heartwarming. Customers were treated like family.
My father has banked with this location for YEARS…he has ALWAYS had great things to say about the service he received.
