Pulled into Bryan's shop to have him look at a scratch on my car. He looked at it, walked into his shop and came out with his scratch kit. Fixed the problem right then. No appointment needed. He did a great job. I highly recommend him.

Had a motorcycle that Bryan had offered to let me keep there, at the shop, for a couple months until I could fix it. When I went to pick it up found out he sold it without my consent, then had the audacity to try and charge me $1000 in storage fees. Too bad i still have the title for it. Our verbal agreement never stated anything about me paying for storage on it, not only that but if I'm going to be charged storage for it then my motorcycle should still be there. Beware before leaving your car with him. He is known to drive customers cars to go run his personal errands. I've witnessed this on MULTIPLE occasions. He also is a self proclaimed active meth user.Update 5-27-2021I have had the title for the motorcycle for well over a year now. I have now received death threats as well as other explicit actions Bryan, the owner, has stated he will do to myself and my wife. I'm now going to be turning all documents to the authorities and my lawyer.

Bryan took my 012 dodge 4x4 that had been hit in rear. Had wrinkled quarters both sides. Having had a shop myself years ago. Had an idea of what was involved. Bryan definitely satisfied my expectations of quality bodywork. His finished paintwork was showroom quality for sure! I will refer anyone to his shop, thats a fact!

This place is great, and that almost seems to be an understatement. I spent a couple years trying to find the right body shop that could help me bring an old VW bug convertible back to life. I was told by most shops that they were a insurance “repair” shop not a “restoring” shop. Eventually, through word of mouth, Automotive Concepts and Design was suggested.
I met Brian for the first time and after a LONG discussion I decided this might just be the one I had been searching for. He knew exactly what needed to be done to the sheet metal, what parts were salvageable and how much time and labor would be required to repair a few parts that were questionable. ( in the end, he actually required NO new sheet metal - he patched and hammered out all my dents, saving all the original steel and a ton of money)
The new paint went on like a glove and looks gorgeous! And —-the end price was exactly what he quoted the very first day!
I trust this company and would not hesitate to use them again and again They are just that good and honest!

Bryan did an Awesome job on my wrinkled up old VW bus nose, he got me into his shop the very next day, then worked long hours, and late nights, whatever it took. A Very talented young man, who takes genuine pride in his work. From body metal repairs, frame alignment, welding, painting, and mechanical work, I would like to post 6 out of 5 stars if i could do so ! His work is excellent, and is my go-to shop, from now On. All at reasonable prices, as well. I am a Beyond satisfied customer.

My daughter's car was smashed up pretty good after a hit and run crash. Bryan was very professional to deal with. He came by quickly to assess the damage and provide an estimate. He was upfront about all costs and the time frame. After the repairs, the car looked better than before. Highly recommended!
