I'm so frigging mad. We were not informed they would not haul off our old stove or connect the new one. As it is a gas stove so we have to have a company come out and do it for us. Which could reach over 300 dollars or more just to switch it over. The stove and the cost to rent is nearly 3000 or more and they dont involve haul away or hook up. Final purchase from AARONS!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

The front of the store smelled like someone sprayed an entire can of ax body spray. It was literally choking us. The back of the store smelled like burned chemicals. Not sure what you were trying to cover up but it didn't work. Every employee was on their phones laughing and messing around. We got furniture somewhere else. Weird situation...

I've spent well over $10K at Aaron's in the last 15-20 years....several sets of washer-dryers, sofas, chairs and beds and a refrigerator & freezer and numerous televisions andtwo sound bars.Very pleased with no regrets !! Prompt and courteous service and very reasonable prices.I Always shop Aaron's whenever I want to upgrade or replace anything in my house !!J.Malin. I’m not gonna lie, I was a complete Karen after finding out I didn’t buy the right insurance. My sincerest apologies to Mr. Montell. I highly recommend Aaron’s to anybody new to adulting. We made our first adult purchase here and have bought most of our furniture here as well.

My overall experience was great until they took my refrigerator in for repairs two months ago and there wasn't any communication from them until I called after a month to find out what was going on. I have one payment left to pay on it and they called last week to schedule the delivery because it is finally fixed. I have been sitting here all day 7/12/2023 waiting for them to call and confirm I'm available ( delivery was scheduled between 11-3 ) I call to find out if they are still bringing it today because I haven't heard from anyone just to be told that they are holding my refrigerator for one payment that I owe them. My main point is communication goes a long way in customer service and they are really lacking in that department. I intend to make my last payment ($80) and already told them as much but to hold it for one payment after already having it fo two months is kind of d**** Yes I have a loaner but it's not the one I have been paying on for two years that I picked out.

Let me tell you about this Arron's there's a reason there parking lot is always empty! And that's bad products and customer service. Along with false advertisement. Do not recommend.
