Waited tell seven to get gas and smokes and when I got there the door was locked but there supposed to open at 7. And there is zero care given for the upkeep and maintenance and not even an attempt to pretend to care

Stopped there yesterday morning before 9. The advertised price for unleaded was $3.25 on the sign. The store was closed, and trash cans where over flowing with garbage.. When my father swiped his card for $15 in gas, he realized that he was being charged $3.45 or $3.55 or more for what should have been $3.25.
Wth?
