Outstanding service!! I had been struggling for two days trying to get my new Air Pods Pro 3 volume control to work on my Air Pods. After watching MANY YouTube videos, I decided to visit my local AT&T store for help. Mackayla the associate that assisted me, solved my problem in less than 2 minutes! Her expertise and friendliness turned what had been a frustrating experience into a breeze. I'm extremely grateful for her help and highly recommend her service! The 2 other locations made it so hard to upgrade my wife’s phone. Jaime at the 82nd location helped us in and out less than 10 mins. For someone that works in sales I appreciate someone that’s honest and respect customer’s time. I made sure I wrote this review before I leave the parking lot because it was so deserved. Asked for Jaime when you go the 82nd st Location in Lawton. No BS “quota sales pitch” just straight honest and quick service. Thank you we’re very satisfied!

Lilian was great. They were busy, but were aware of who was next, handled everyone in order and with great attitudes. Lilian helped me audit my bill and helped my bundle coverage I was paying for to help regular my bill. Assisted me with my upgrade/trade in. I love this location and the staff is super pleasant and helpful

I’ve been with at&t for nearly 5 years as a cellular customer. I love the service and would love to keep it but with my interactions for nearly the past year I’m no longer so sure about this. All I wanted to do was to simply trade in my phone for a new one. This was in December of 2023. There was a promotion for $ toward your next device with an eligible trade in. So I take in my IPhone 11 Pro Max to trade for the new Iphone 15 Pro Max. I get into the store at 1740 NW 82nd St, Lawton, OK 73505 after scheduling a trade in online. They get my new phone out then transferred the service to the new phone and everything is going good. I’m pretty sure I have everything transferred to the new phone but the sales lady said I recommend taking your old device home to be sure you have everything off of it. So I take my phone home and then 1 or 2 days later. When I enter the store I wait my turn in line. Well while I’m standing there waiting a sales lady says are you just here to drop off a trade in? I said yes that’s all I need to do I have my new phone just need to turn in my trade in device. She says I can take that from you and you’re good to go. So she takes my phone and I leave thinking once my device is inspected I would get the credit applied to my account. So around April I call into customer care and talk with the warehouse. They tell me they have my phone but because there is no date in notes on my account of when my device was turned in. So the store that took your phone needs to add this to the notes. So I call the store to see if the manager could add that to my account. She says I have to come in person with my ID so she can add that to the notes… I recently had a baby and my life has been hectic so I haven’t had much free time. I come into the store finally around May/June 2024 on a weekday and the manager wasn’t in and the sales lady said it has to be the manager. So September 2024 I make it into the store and I finally catch the manager and she adds the date into my account. So I leave and call customer care and the warehouse again. Then after another 2 hour call like before they tell me that she also needs to add my IMEI number along with the date. At this point I’m pretty fed up because it’s been nearly a year and now I’ve wasted hours and hours trying to deal with this situation that isn’t my job in the first place. So I ask them to wait on hold while I call the store. I call the store and talk to the manager and say hey I just came in and you added that date in my notes. The warehouse is telling me that you have to add my IMEI number in order for them to give me the credit. She says she can’t do that because she doesn’t have my IMEI number. So I tell her okay… let me see what the warehouse says and I’ll call you right back. 5 mins go by of me talking with the warehouse and they said yes she does have your IMEI number in her inventory record. So I call the store back and within 5 mins of me saying I’m going to call back she is now at lunch. So they take my name and number down to have her call me back. Still haven’t received that call(also this is the 3rd time they took my name down throughout this whole process and never called me back once) And every time I call now they just send me to voicemail. So as of right now I gave you guys an iPhone 11 Pro max for free and I haven’t found someone, even a manager, willing to go anywhere out of their way to make sure this gets solved. Maybe once it’s solved we can talk about removing my review. I did email this to the support email and I’m currently waiting on a response

If it says open at 12 why are you getting out of your car at 12pm to start opening? You should’ve been getting everything open to be open BY 12pm. Managers seem to get complacent around here.

Went by the store a couple of days ago the staff were friendly and I like to thank mosies for the help on answering my questions on which best phone and wireless charger to go with I’ll be back!
