My family and I are in town for my son’s graduation from the Army’s basic training and Axel was amazing. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about each product and helped us make the best decision about our phone and accessory purchase. I recommend this store’s location to anyone coming though the area.

I went inside the store looking to pay my mom's Internet bill. There was one lady working....this was around 430 pm. There was 2 ppl waiting while she was with another customer. I asked for a kiosk she said... I am the kiosk. Then tells me about the other store having one which wasn't a problem. She never apologized for us waiting or anything. Honestly she took a minute with that one customer. Talking about other things besides what they came in for. I've worked in Sales for years and know how to manage time correctly. First and last time coming here.

The service/customer service I experienced today was beyond amazing. Axel is very knowledgeable in products and service. He noticed mine and my wife’s account wasn’t set up correctly and he didn’t hesitate to adjust the issue. He has such an awesome attitude and made our time here enjoyable! We will continue using this store. Thanks Axel!

We had a salesman named Axel he upgraded our iPhone and sold us a iPad he was very knowledgeable Nd told us all we needed to know. Thinking about going back and switching to AT&T internet in the near future. Thank you Axel

Absolutely the worse place to get help for a broken phone! The workers don't ask the right questions. Then they want to go to lunch while (not) helping a customer. Then want to ignore you when you do come back!!! Absolutely hands down the worse service in town. Over priced, rude, and don't know how to do they job!!!! Had he been a little nicer he would have gotten the sale on the more expensive phone. But since he was so very rude went with the cheapest phone. If you want to get treated horrible then this is the place for you!

Just want to give a shout-out to my favorite store In Lawton. Marcus and his team did absolutely amazing they helped me get a new phone and keep my same phone number! He was kind and got to me a quickly as he could and I would recommend this store to anyone in Lawton!

I am not one to leave a review, but I have to give a HUGE “Thank you” to Marcus at this AT&T store. My issue was a tangled mess and he was so patient, understanding and kind. Not only did he fix the problem, he streamlined my account, fixed an email issue, and managed to get me credit on my account. It is rare to find someone who is willing to, not only spend the time, 2 hours, but go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. If you need any AT&T products, services, or help, go see Marcus. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
