I wouldn't recommend this store to my worst enemy. The associate that 'helped' us was short, and absolutely rude. 'OH, you guys are barebones customers, might as well send you to the house.' Really? If you had a warmer demeanor I may have thought it was joke. But based on his poor attitude and behavior it just seemed more a direct insult to me and my wife.
I will say this, store was clean, well lit and well organized.
Not entirely sure why he kept holding his tablet up to the security camera? Weird store policy? Not sure on that one, but odd enough for me to mention.

Juan Olguin was extremely patient and helpful when porting my number over and getting me service with at&t . He spent over an hr making sure everything was right, and that my service worked before I left the store.

Second time visiting this store and left dissatisfied the first time i was at the door waiting to get inside and make a payment one of the representatives came out and said they will be open late because there was no system! Second time came and did a different transaction, and they are treating people like they own the company ! Rude , AT&T wake up you need to retrain your employees they dont know what tgey are doing , they dot. Know the procedures and like i said you have to be more empathetic with your customers at the end of the day they represent at&t !!! I rather drive 1 hr to okc than stop by this store again

The past few times I’ve gone in Juan O has helped me. He has amazing customer service every single time. I’ve gone in for something as little as my screen protector needing to be replaced, to dealing with adding lines and every interaction has been so easy. I highly recommend Juan O he’s amazing!

I don't like it at all, they don't say the total for each month for the bill, not to mention that it is exaggeratedly expensive, they don't speak clearly and communications fall off from time to time, really, really bad.
