“I'd never met them before. O'Reilly's mentioned them. I brought my own muffler. I had the original exhaust system. I would have had to replace the tailpiece and clamps however they were able install my new muffler, repair the tailpiece for the same money if I'd done it myself on my back with no exhaust tools.
I've been around auto shops all of my life. I didn't think there was a shop around like this anymore. You do have to use your debit card but I would have done that anyway.

“Customer service is excellent here. The guys here are very respectful, and don't push you into getting anything. They simply just tell you what you want to know. I even waited about a week before I decided to do the spray in bed liner, and what sold me beside the price were the pictures posted from other reviews. I wasn't expecting too much. Once I saw my truck bed in person, I was blown away from the quality and looks of it! Not to mention how quickly the turnaround time was! Only took a few hours. Dropped it off by 8am and got a call at 11am that it was ready. The pictures don't do the bedliner justice. If you're on the fence, I highly recommend coming here. You won't be disappointed!”
“I see a lot of reviews bashing on this dealership for their price markups and poor customer service. Did you forget we're in a recession, dealing with inflation and we have an inventory shortage? What did you expect? Give a piss-poor attitude and you'll get piss-poor results. Inflation has caused the price of everything in your little lives to go up in price. Thank our corrupt government. This dealership had the car I wanted. They even gave me more for my trade-in than the Kia dealer in Wichita Falls. The salesman I dealt with is top notch and I had no issues communicating with him. He was very thorough throughout the entire process. The guy over in the finance office was great. He didn't push anything and he went out of his way to explain everything if I had questions. Hands down best experience at a Kia dealership in years. They have my business and I have no problem driving from Wichita Falls to take care of business. I hope someone at the dealership sees this. Also give a shout-out to the other members of the staff that always came around asking if we needed anything while we wait.”

“My wife’s vehicle was out of Freon, was not blowing cold air. All the dealerships were either closed this afternoon or unable to assist. Stopped at AutoZone in Lawton on Sheridan and had a phenomenal experience. Jim D., the parts sales manager, provided excellent customer service and even helped with walking me through how to use the product purchased and ensure that I was able to get my problem resolved before leaving the parking lot. Highly recommend Jim and this AutoZone!”

“Chasity was the perfect person to help find my mother’s new to her car. She was so sweet, patient and caring to us. My mom didn’t want a car with too many new fangled gadgets to deal with, and she had a very specific budget. Chasity stayed with us throughout the entire process. We actually chose her car before it had made it to maintenance and detail. Chasity updated me several times to let me know the status. Toyota did the work to get my moms car tags, and Chasity kept me aware of the status of that also. We were very pleased with how sweetly and politely we were taken care of. We have recommended Chasity several times when asked who to go to for a reliable car. Our experience was awesome!”

“Had one of my vehicles impounded by police while making the horrible decision of ending up at a truck stop casino in ole dusty crusty Erath.... And as much as I wanted and was looking for any reason to find or possibly create an issue to have someone to get mad at.... Honestly somehow the owner made it a pleasurable experience. He let me know exactly what I needed to know, and none of what I didn't. And made it as painless as possible. I'd recommend D&R anytime you need a legit, trustworthy and reliable company for all your police/law enforcement impounded vehicle needs!! I'll be back for sure next time the police leave me abandoned on the side of the interstate at 3am and legally steal my vehicle bro!”
