The check engine light was on and I asked Todd to see what was wrong. He charged me for every little thing and made it seem like everything was wrong with the car because he was trying to take every penny I had. I found out the only thing that was wrong with my car was the battery. Shame on you Todd. 0/5 stars

Todd is great! Took my son Cadillac in for an injector issue. Had it fixed a few days later and have had no issues since. Highly recommend!

Was greeted and within 10 minutes, my vehicle was being accessed. Another 30some minutes fixed. Bless the mechanic's expertise. He explained what he did and treated me respectfully. Highly recommend this facilty.

I've taken two of my vehicles to Ballard's on three separate occasions, so I can speak realistically about the quality of this small business. Todd Ballard and his son do top notch work.First, my 20 year old van needed a new timing belt. A owner of a local tire shop, I trust completely, recommended Ballard's. I knew it was a good recommendation when it took me almost two weeks to get my vehicle into Ballard's.The bill was substantial, so when I picked up my van I asked Todd to show me the old parts he took off my vehicle. Like any trustworthy mechanic would do, he led me to the place where my old timing belt, accessory belt, and water pump were sitting.Two weeks later, my accessory belt started squeaking. I called Ballard's and they said to bring it in. The belt had simply stretched--after the recent install--and needed tightening. The job was done for no charge.Third visit. My 2018 SUV had a front engine undershield coming loose at two different points--making it hang dangerously close to the ground. The local Ford dealership told me they would charge $100 to look at it, and if it simply needed two push-pins there would be no extra change. Gee thanks...?I called Ballard's, whose motto is "Factory Trained Technicians without Dealer Prices," and they worked me in on a busy Friday. They installed two push pins to fix the dangling undershield. Total cost: ZERO.I've found my favorite mechanics!

The owner and his son run a really good garage. They are both respectful of you car and your time. I have been bringing my cars to the owner, well before he opened up his own shop. He does great work and at far prices.

took our car in before thanksgiving. we called every couple of weeks because we never heard anything from them. when we would call, they said they hadn't looked at it yet because they were busy/the holidays were happening. i can understand that part. we called at the beginning of march, and they said they couldn't do anything because it was electrical and they don't mess with that stuff. could've mentioned that in the beginning when we dropped it off. we go to pick it up, and the car is completely dead, meaning they hadn't started in quite awhile. they should have called whenever they decided that they couldn't work on it, instead of us calling every couple of weeks with the same response. thanks for the great help.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I think paying $113 for changing a fuel filter that you provide is nothing short of robbery. They got me once NEVER again !!

this place has zero understanding of customer service or common courtesy they get hostile if you try to walk in and get serviced or even ask a question I've never had an experience this bad especially with a business like this they don't value their customers or their business not to mention the prices they give you are absolutely insane and it takes then months to even touch your vehicle and try to charge you for everything extra they can like the $400 storage fee!

I've never seen a business treat their customers this bad the owner got very hostile with me and so did the manager definitely find somewhere else to get your work done you would be better off doing it yourself
