The loan officers are the worst. They put you last on the list .. or maybe it's because they don't think high of me.. whatever it is I wouldn't recommend using them for auto loans.

Recently moved out of state so wanted to visit the bank hoping to see if they could make mobile check deposit higher. We were greeted by Heather and replied thank you, she then continued to say she was busy and i told her i understood that’s why i said thank you. After she got very ugly and snappy with us, we had laughed after one of our friends came up and talked with us which she took upon herself to say “yall might think it’s funny but i’m just doing my job” when nothing was even about her, she then proceeds to ask me what the issue was, all i replied was that we were waiting. she was so unprofessional and made a time where we just needed help very uncomfortable and confrontational.However Alyssa saved the experience for us, very friendly and helpful even though we had question after question. We’re out of state now and would really like to stay with bancfirst as we have been for years, but if it wasn’t for Alyssa we definitely would’ve closed some accounts today.Heather — do better.

I really wouldn't even give 1 star. Would not recommend this bank to anyone. Opened an account and because i tried to cash a check tha was for a new job .... long story short, it ended up bein a scam . Which i had no clue. I even explained the new job when i opened the account . Deposited that check plus my everyday work check, waited 7-10 days but was told in the mean time my account is froze. Then they called asked me to come in to close my account . And they charged me $5. For the dam check. & closed my account.Ill take my business else where.I Do not recommend this bank.

Horrible. People are friendly, but the bank is 40 years behind the times. Online banking is a joke here. YOU CAN NOT LINK EXTERNAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS TO YOUR ACCOUNT!! No ACH. No ability to set incoming transfers, no ability to transfer funds out. Their solution: sign up for bill pay and paper checks will be cut and mailed. Never mind the fees and time associated with it. Run away from this Bank until they get with the times.
