Best banking experience ever, the manager was extremely helpful. Have no clue why someone would make an accusation that they were treated differently due to any kind of race. I bet they would have called her a thief if she would have took the change and applied it to thier overdrawn account. Which is what should have been done, you owe the bank money.

So I stopped in at the bank to cash in some change that I had been collecting for a very long time. I was on the west side of Lawton and I had never been to this small branch previously. I went inside and spoke with the teller Neheah, I think that is how her name is spelled, she then asked me if I had an account with Bancfirst and I told her yes that I do have an account and handed her my change and my Driver's license. She grabbed the change and walked towards where there were two Caucasian females standing talking to each other which I later discovered one of them was the branch manager who instructed the teller that since my account was negative they could not help me, though I have two accounts and one is positive, which I expressed but I was told that they both have to be positive. Therefore I left and visited the Bancfirst on 38th & Cache Rd. and they had no issue with exchanging the coins to dollar form. I don't know the branch managers name on 67th Street but I feel like I was treated very hostile and discriminated against, I am an enrolled Comanche Nation Member. If they have a written policy about this matter then I would like to be provided with the policy. When I phoned to speak to the teller after I visited the Bancfirst on Cache Road I was told that it is the branch managers decision, I am assuming on who she wants to help, which I apparently was not the type of person the Branch manager decided on helping.

I have been a customer for over 10 years, my husband's acct got overdrawn due to him being in an accident. He is on my acct for incase of an emergency, the branch manager on 67th st decided to take $560 out of my acct to clear his acct without notifying me. I called the bank to see what that charge was, the lady that answered the phone couldn't find any information, she tried to call her, no answer, she sent her an email to call me. She still has not called me and this happened on Wednesday. When my husband was talking to her on the phone and I started saying anything she told me she could not talk to me, she got an ear full I was beyond pissed to say the least. He has closed his accts and my daughter and I are closing ours. I know she couldn't discuss his acct with me but I am the only working right now and she acted like she could care less. Would have been nice to at least have a little warning she was going to do that.

Why does this bank have no restroom for customers? We had to leave and go to McDonald's. Every bank I have ever been in has a restroom for customers. How can they say they are taking care of their customers if we had to leave to use the restroom.

I just want to write an appreciation review. I use two different banks. Bancfirst and City National Bank. I just want to leave 5 stars and if I could it would be more. I never have a headache with bancfirst I’ve been using bancfirst since I lived in the Shawnee, OK area and they’ve been wonderful all these years. Their customer service is great. They never leave me feeling like my questions aren’t answered. Most importantly I CAN USE MY CARD AND MAKE DEPOSITS WITH NO HASSLE. I just want to say THANK YOU BANCFIRST for providing excellent service l have referred friends and family and will continue to do so!
