SureStay Plus By Best Western Lawton offers a comfortable stay with clean, bug-free rooms and indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast is great, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, the facility could use some updating, as the downstairs rooms may have issues like strange smells, non-functioning TVs and air conditioning, and sticky floors and surfaces. The bathrooms are also small and tired-looking. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel provides a decent stopover option, with on-site security and proximity to restaurants, casinos, and stores. The staff, particularly Tara at the front desk, are consistently helpful and professional, ensuring a positive overall experience for guests.
