Store smelled like weed & i know there's a dispensary next door but you could see the smoke in the store. Worker was high because his eyes were blood shot red, small & reaction was slow. He seemed irritated when i came in for help maybe i bummed his high. After he helped us he didn't say he was done or anything he just rolled his chair over to the computer. After few minutes i had to ask if he was done & he just looked at me like i was an inconvience. Anyways, if you need boost services go to the one next to Ollies. At least the air is cleaner there in the store.

Paid my bill for the last 3 months and no data . Paid my bill again today and my service is off. Called customer service they said my payment declined but my bank card says payment was made. Going back to Verizon because boost are spammers.

Absolutely the worst customer service ny the manager Beatrice! Not only could barely even answer a question, she had attitude with every question asked....no knowledge or shared knowledge about phones.....never will i be back.....i went about a mile away to another Boost mobile store and couldnt have asked for better service....take my advice and dont waste your time at the 1919 cashe rd location
