Unprofessional, I called before coming to this location after doing an application online. Only to be told there was nothing that could be done because the printer wasn't working. Beyond mad is an understatement. I don't see why I just couldn't send my information to the email and get my stuff processed. After I had to drive 20 minutes and then wait another 30 minutes for nothing. Never had to go through this with anyone else.

The best experience!! Amanda was amazing and got me the money I needed when I needed it. I went to a different location and had some trouble. And she got it all fixed up with no problem.
