The customer service is awful all I needed was a email address, because I'm in georgia, so I called because I received my uncles death certificate. I just wanted them to know I received it and I wanted to submit it. They told the call center guy the could not assist me. When all I ask for was to be transferred to the store to get a email address. So I have drive 18 hrs just to submit a death certificate. This is horrible. I wished my uncle never open a account with them. They don't even ask you how can they help you. They pull up you information and deny you service with out asking how can they help you. Poor customer service. This is unacceptable.

I needed to cash a cashier's check , I do not have an account with City National in Walmart , Lawton , ok, but when I ask the young lady ( I can not remember her name ) she was courteous , and very professional, she said she would see what she could do , long story short I had to come back 3 times but she never gave up and it finally was approved and cashed . She didn't have to go through all that trouble but she did and was kind and polite every time I came in there ! I wish I could remember her name , I'm so sorry I can't , I will go back and look and leave another review ! She deserves a raise , she exemplifies customer service . Thank you again young lady .

I literally will drive all the way across town to go to this branch. The employees at this branch have incredible customer service and are extremely helpful. Great communication as well!

I have had several bank accounts, and this is by far the worst banking experience of my life. Absolutely do not recommend City National Bank to anyone dealing with larger amounts than $1,000 deposits. It’s not just this specific bank, the entire City National Bank system is probably 10 years behind on technology.

Over a 40 minute wait when branch is not busy. People behind me left because employees would rather gossip and visit then do their job. This branch has really gone down hill. Maybe more training is needed or new employees either way CNB you need to fix this. October 3 arrived 10:40 AM still waiting for a simple deposit at 11:24 AM.
