At 5:45 PM I had an extremely rude white lady scream at me for going to the restroom when there was not a sign stating that there restroom was not a public restrooms. When I stated that I did not know that it was not a public restroom the lady screamed at my face and stated that she did not care. Totally unprofessional.

I ended up assisting a group of six gentlemen with getting new cellular services plans set up on the Ides of March, and I expected a nightmare. It was, surprisingly, smooth as silk thanks to Ms. Tonnesha J. She was able to not only take care of all six men with decidedly different expectations while not neglecting other customers all by herself. At this time, I do not have Cricket, but if their plans are as good as their customer service, count me in at my next re-up.

I was in there yesterday I cannot remember the girls names " I think one was reesey " but they were so sweet and so nice they did a great job knew exactly what they were talking about I walked in there & hadn't had a phone for a long time and walked out of there with two of them ☺️ great service I really can't express that enough !! The Duncan Store is not worth wasting you time in. Make the drive to Lawton if you possibly can. The ladies there are very helpful, kind, and will get it done!
