How can a pharmacy be closed on a Friday @1:35 pm? REALLY ??? THERE ARE reasons why this is totally not a benefit to this community. Sick people need their medicines!!!

Management team at CVS needs to monitor this particular branch. I recently moved to Lawton and since I have worked with CVS didn't take my prescriptions to local ones here in town but, now I may consider them as these guys keep failing the service. I have been waiting on them to open up supposedly at 9:00 in the morning but they were 10 minutes late to open up. It's been quiet a few times of poor service back to back. They don't have the prescriptions ready based on what they say they would. They seem not to care about customers and their time. If you say the prescription is ready at this time they should respect people's time and have it ready!!

I have a prescription that could not be filled until today, May 14, 2022.not hearing anything, I called to learn I have 2 prescriptions to pick . The pharmacy has bee n closed all day today, because no pharmacist were scheduled to work today. Yet there are 3 calls in que at the pharmacy. The front personnel said it’s because the phones weren’t rolled. I had a similar experience a few weeks back. I went to the pharmacy in the morning, I was told they would have my prescription ready at 2:00 pm. I came back after 4:00pm, to find out the pharmacist closed the pharmacy at 2:00, because he hadn’t had a day off in a long time. That day there were calls in que, waiting to talk to a pharmacist they will never reach.

CVS drive through pharmacy gave me 20 minutes to figure out where in Lawton could fill the prescription they failed to let me know was out of stock. It was sent at 445 and I got there at 620. By the time I got to the window and they told me “you will have to figure it out” it was 645. Explain to me how them closing at 7pm and telling me at 640-645 that they should have told me before that my sons prescription he needed TODAY was my issue. In no way at all did the try and help solve the issue. In fact, the pharmacy that did help me in a total of 5 minutes waited on hold til 7pm and ended up working after hours to correct the mistake from CVS. Thankful that there is people that care about patient care. Shout out to Sams Club!!!!

This particular CVS Pharmacy came to my rescue with prompt quick service when I needed a prescription filled out to take care of a persistent Gout that would not go away. I came to Lawton for my son's BCT graduation but had a hard time walking around on the base so I called up my Doctor and he sent a prescription to this location. I met Holly at the Drugstore window who could at first, not find my order but was persistent and got the pharmacist to quickly fill out my prescription. Thank you CVS Pharmacy and Holly for allowing me to walk again with less pain. I also found the store very clean and well laid out.

I had to pop in tonight to buy a couple of bottles of wine for a friend, and also (!) some toothpaste and a toothbrush. (Hey, I'm stuck in Lawton for three days and living out of a local hotel. Welcome to my world.) The store itself was spotlessly clean and very well lighted, and I found exactly what I needed. It's hard to get worked up over a review of a CVS in Lawton, granted, but there ya have it. :)
