I went to Walgreens three times for passport pictures and there was always something wrong with the picture. I went to CVS today. Got it one time got great pictures great help great knowledge and now I feel great because I don’t have to go back anymore. The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable that worked at CVS. Thank you,

Cashier was rude and very unwelcoming! Never said hi or welcome in, have a nice day, none of that! Just a real snob!

Needed assistance so I asked the employee. She walked away from me LOL
5 mins later she came back and was not helpful and did not resolve the issue.
Will probably go to a different cvs

This store was very clean inside and out.
However, when I was trying to check out at the register I was trying to pay with a gift card on my phone and the employees and the manager told me that I had to print out my gift card because they thought a gift card was like a coupon.
I told them that a gift card has money on it .
And they still insist that I printed it out so they can keep the gift card.
So I left the store without the items I wanted to purchase.

The pharmacy has hung up on me and told me to go away in person. The white men there think it's their job to be incredibly rude so that they can fill drive thru orders quicker. Replace them until they're quick and nice for real

Terrible customer service from the lady named Michelle, didn't even try and help me with what I needed, ended up figuring it out on my own. She was too busy putting stuff on the shelf.

This is a CVS on Lee Boulevard. You ever been to a CVS on Lee Boulevard? I have, so has the guy that was sleeping in a motorized CART. He was fast asleep charging his cart from the pocket of the CVS HIGHERS. it was if Tesla wasn't a car company, but a motorized cart company and they had a free charging station on the outside wall. Guy seemed at peace though. The actual store was DECENT. Went to buy my new born some vitamin D drops. The lady up front was nice. Wish they'd clean up the outside. If every business would clean up the exterior of their Lawton would look a backup better.OkBye

If I could give a zero star right now I would. I recieved a text this past Thursday stating I could pick up prescription within next 4 days. I arrive around 2pm today, Saturday only to find CVS on Lee Blvd is closed now on Saturday and Sunday s until further? This prescription is a needed daily prescription. Now I will be misding 2 full days .
