Worst customer service ,some dude,no name called two hours after a confirmed reservation and price to inform me that there is an additional "security deposit" of $ 300.00. when I questioned him about it he got rude and told me he was sick of talking to me about it. Wow.

I’ve used Enterprise several times and am very pleased with the courteous and timely response and delivery of vehicle. Any questions and problems were quickly taken care of. I would and have recommended Enterprise rental to family and friends and will continue to do so.

The gentleman who signed me up was very nice and helpful. BUT when I returned the car and voiced my opinion on the vehicle that I was given was not an up grade as far as ride was concerned the woman who checked me in could of cared less and the expression on her face showed it. Then she said she was going to get someone to drive me back home and she never came back. Left me standing there till another rep finally noticed I had been there awhile. Then reviewing my receipt emailed to me, I noticed that They started the lease at noon instead of 10 am when I was picked up and billed me 45 dollars for the two hours.

James is amazing and always makes sure to take excellent care, to make sure I am happy.He needs to be promoted. Employees like James are hard to come by. Enterprise needs to award him to make sure he is taken care of.I have never had a better experience with any rental care company, the way I get taken care of by James.Thank you James your the man!!!!!!

10/10 recommend! Heather really saved me and my husband after our flight was cancelled out of Lawton and was able to get us into a rental to catch a flight out of Dallas. She really went above and beyond and we made it home to Florida. I also want to add that in between getting us into our car rental she was also helping one of her teammates fix their glasses. Everyone seemed really nice and were talking to us while we waited for the rental to be ready.

Very unfortunate that this office either on weekdays their phone rings and then goes to a message to inform the caller that all lines are busy at the moment and to call back.This is not just one day this happened a few days in a row, and two Saturdays in a row when I've called multiple times the phone rings and goes to a fax machine.This pass Thursday, I did have time to go in, two representatives were there, and no one was on the phone. Before heading there, I tried calling, and the same issue was happening.The gentleman that was there said we're having phone issues, but honestly, for such a big corporation, that seems like bad customer service.Well, after reading the reviews, I see a review from two months ago that others have had the same issue when calling and getting a fax machine.

Excellent service! They were so helpfulin getting a car for an insurance claim and I did it at the last minute and they were still so kind and helped me the best they could. I highly recommend coming here if you need a rental.

We've rented from Enterprise for over 25 years. We have never had any major problems with the vehicles. However, we've not been steered towards the better vehicles when available like we used to be. Now if they even have what we reserved the treatment is similar to "this is what we have, take it or leave it." And I can't say in all those years we rented, only once, years ago, have we been given any type of upgrade as I have heard some get.

Rented a car through my Insurance. I got the car and it had been previously driven by a heavy smoker. I do not smoke and could not tolerate the smell. I brought the car back and was immediately placed in a none smoking car. I mean within 15 minutes I was back out the door in a new car. Can not beat their service.

Got a vehicle that won’t even turn on anymore after 1 day of having it. Good luck with their roadside assistance/AAA company. All a jokeNo one communicates or has any knowledge of anything. Have been told since 7pm the previous day they were working on getting the vehicle towed. After tons of phone calls and cancelled towings, I MAY receive assistance within 7–10 business days or someone could possibly come out today but there is no way of really knowing. They do not have communication with the towing companies apparently…. Thank God I am not on the side of the road as that’s where I’d still be sitting. Who knows how I’ll get my kids to school and to work now as this rental is the only form of transportation my family has while our one vehicle is still in the repair shop due to storm damage. Meanwhile I am still going to have to pay for a vehicle that doesn’t have the ability to be used. Will not use Enterprise anymoreYou can also NEVER call the branch and talk to someone.

If I could give this place a zero rating I would. The store manager Trey is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. Due to the recent hail storm many people are in need of a rental. I called the store on Wednesday morning the 5th of July and spoke to a male at the store but cannot remember his name. I tried to get a rental and was told that they currently did not have any available which was fine. He told me that he would schedule me for an appointment for a Friday 7 July at 11 am. I asked if he could check any of the other locations and he told me that I could check with Altus or Duncan. I said ok so would check their locations. He asked if I would like for him to still set the appointment up for 11 am on Friday and I said yes of course. Long story short the other locations did not have any cars available either so I waited until Friday at 11. I showed up a few minutes early and spoke with an agent who later was determined to be the store manager Trey. I told him that I had an appointment at 11 am and gave him my name. He looked it up in the system and didn't see my name for the store but said that the reservation was for Altus. I explained to him that I spoke with someone at the store on Wednesday morning and they scheduled an appointment for this store at 11 am. I know for a fact that I spoke a agent at the Cache location for which he basically called me a liar and that no one scheduled a 11 am appointment. I told him that this was bullshit and wanted to talk to the manager right now. He said I am the manager. I again began to tell him that this is fucking bullshit and that somebody in this store told me over the phone they would have a vehicle ready for 11 am on Friday the 7th of July. He then asked to leave the store and that he was not going to allow me to cuss and yell at him. I told him that I would not peace and he began to threaten to call the cops for which I told him go ahead call the cops I don't fucking care. He got really defensive and all in his feelings and told me that he was not going to ever rent a car to me. As the store manager he never even attempted to apologize. Very Very Difficult to have someone pick up the phone and address your needs. You wait and are connected to a fax machine. Its better to go in person as you can not connect with a representative.
