I went to this nail salon a few times, about half of the time with my elderly mother. I found the salon clean and modern. My last time at this salon, I had made appointments with Andy and Kayla for a dip manicure. I’m not really sure what all took place but we were pushed off to other nail techs. It very much looked like Kayla did not want to do my mother’s nails. The techs did a poor job. I repeatedly told the individual doing my nails that one nail was too long - she worked on it 3 times and it was still longer than my other nails; I just gave up. Nails started chipping by the next day. Why make appointments if you are not going to honor them? Off to find a new salon…
