I ordered flowers for our daughter-in-laws birthday thru FTD who chose Flowers By Ramon. They were 4 days late being delivered. The delivered flowers looked nothing like the flower arrangement I ordered. It looked like someone just took the flowers and stuffed them in a vase. Plus they attached a card saying " our thoughts and prayers are with you during your recovery". It should have said "Happy Birthday".

They sent the wrong card plus didn't arrange like the picture on their FTD website. I would not recommend them. The card should have said Happy Birthday

Received flowers for Mother's Day ordered by my brother from Texas. A few were wilted. He called them and was told they would fix it. Why not get it right the first time??

Rebecca answered the phone so sweet and on such a busy holiday. I ordered flowers for my daughter on Valentines Day to get delivered to her work. They arrived on time. They are absolutely beautiful and made her day as well as mine. If I'm ever needing flowers ? in the area again you definitely have my business.Thanks

This place has a little bit of everything, it isn't just flowers. They carry Tyler candles and Consuela and lot of other gift-y things. (Really good chocolate too) Staff is super nice and helpful, and the flower arrangements they had on display were beautiful!
