They were very kind and courteous to my 80 year old mother and I. We had to come back the next day because the agent wanted time to research and get us the right company for the cheapest yearly rate for house and 2 vehicles. Highly recommend!

I have used 1 other insurance company, and had to come back to Floyd's. The owner is so very helpful and knowledgeable in her expertise. All wh o work at this bestest office are well trained and Aces. I will never go to a less than this place ever again. My Heart is with FLOYD'S.
