The guy with long hair and I believe wore a black pair of glasses was very rude and disrespectful and to make matters even worse, we were talking about a possible trade in and after coming to an agreement, he then declined my trade in after he had already factory reset my systems, and I asked him about what to do now since he had already done a factory reset, he then says theres nothing he can do and just smirked and stared at me until I asked him if he could put it all back in the bags, so I was honestly quite furious knowing I lost everything on my consoles after he completely waisted my time so thank you for deleting everything, will never step foot here again

I ordered a ps4 for my son and because I didn't know to purchase the return policy they can't exchange my son's game. When they are the ones that sent out the wrong system to begin with. I usually purchase all my game systems from them but I will no long purchase anything from them. And the bad thing is they were rude about it. Like it was my fault. They have lost me for good.

I called to see if they had Monopoly for the Nintendo switch, Blake checked his inventory for new and used and the other stores. He was really helpful and tried to find the game I wanted. Nobody had it available but I really appreciated the effort!
