I ordered a ps4 for my son and because I didn't know to purchase the return policy they can't exchange my son's game. When they are the ones that sent out the wrong system to begin with. I usually purchase all my game systems from them but I will no long purchase anything from them. And the bad thing is they were rude about it. Like it was my fault. They have lost me for good.

I called to see if they had Monopoly for the Nintendo switch, Blake checked his inventory for new and used and the other stores. He was really helpful and tried to find the game I wanted. Nobody had it available but I really appreciated the effort!

Blade or maybe blake not sure literally just answered all of my questions with out me having to explain almost anything what great customer service this person is friendly and forth coming with any info you might want.

I was waiting my turn to buy a game while a group ahead of me was selling items a second employee came from the back ,their name tag said crow, and begin talking with the other employee and the group. Not proo, but then another customer came in who clearly knew the associat and the worker crow chose to skip me and start helping the other customer. Thankfully the customer pointed out that I was there first. I miss aloth of the older workers this store had.

Very slow,for having 2 people and busy , ignored and waited over thirty minutes before the manager helped me, he helped several others that came in after me, the new person was doing great despite it being his first time using the game test machine they have, the manager should have been on that especially there was several other customers behind me waiting for the same thing I was . Never again

They told us that we had to sign up for a $14 membership to purchase a PS5. Went across the parking lot, and purchased it at Walmart for the regular price without paying the membership fee.We'll never step foot into this store again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices on used games were very good. Their collectibles had good prices even compared to Amazon.

His name is Ken, and he was amazing. He is very passionate about his job and he was informative. He answered all our questions with the same passion and was very sweet. He made our first experience wonderful. We will be back because of him.

Cashier was very rude. Can't remember her name but it started with an M and she had maybe red hair. Anyways, the store was nice and professional. We were also able to snag a ps5 which has been hard to find. Overall, experience was good but customer service can be improved
