Some people will help but some of the employees are so rude. Terrible experience checking out. No help for military. Keep trying to go back because it's close to house but keep having the same experiences.

I've been picking up many orders for concrete pavers, and each pickup has been great. This week the online check-in link wasn't working, but the customer service desk quickly sent Jared to help me pack my car, which he did cheerfully, quickly, and he brought my paperwork as well, saving my time and back. Thanks!!

Each cart represents a dollar value from walk in customers, especially pro customers, and every morning I come in, I can’t find a cart because they’re double parked in lumber with online orders. My guess would be HD doesn’t want foot traffic, buying customers?

I love love love Home Depot. When we lived in Phoenix, I definitely took this place for granted. Now that I live in a town that doesn't have a Home Depot, I look forward to the trips to Lawton. It's my moments to get away from tiny town and enjoy time in the big city . Ha! With our house renovations and add on, we always appreciate the great customer service and quality products. We would take advantage of the special offers since we have their credit card. Recently we ordered awnings and would be delivered to this store without any additional fees. Well the vendor delivered the wrong order three times. This last time we were instructed to call Customer Service and have them deal with us. They weren't or much help and couldn't guarantee a correct order and were not able to offer free shipping to our house rather than to the HD. Forget about it! We decided to order order other awnings. They did credit our card immediately but that was about it. It's a shame this was never actually resolved. I hope this problem was more so with the vendor than HD. I'm happy to move past the awning mess and continue our HD shopping love fest!

I took something back for a refund the cashier ELIZA was working the returns section. She made me feel so uncomfortable with her attitude and acted as if I was taking money from her even though I spent the refund in that store. I didn't feel appreciated as a customer.

Had a incident with a piece of rental equipment, Chris the manager handled the situation with perfect customer service! Thank you Chris for staying after the rental department closed to meet us after having to drive an hour back to return the equipment.

Angela is great! I went to the garden dept. She helped me with my questions and directed me where I needed to go. She was super friendly and she took the time to engage me in conversation, not only about plants and flowers (we like the same kinda) but Christmas trees and all sorts of other topics. I will definitely look for her again when I go back. Give her a raise and Employee of the Month. Brava, Angela!

Wish I could give negative stars. Bought a grill over the weekend, waited over 40 minutes for them to put it in my car. The following day I decided to use it to find out all the insides of it was missing. Brought it back and the lady named Linda was a argumentative about it like I was lying.

Garden center was really organized. Lots of varieties of plants. The plants looked healthy. I found everything I was looking for and more. The employee that checked me out was pleasant and the store follows current social distancing guidelines.

Better customer service and communication from the carpet install and store managers. We had a problem with our carpet color getting changed somewhere in the process and it wasn't noticed until the carpet was being installed. Telephone calls were made and the instructions were to finish installing and they would look into it closer later. We made a trip in person to the store as well and did get great customer service from one of the carpet salesman. However, that's where the communication stopped. Never once were we listened too and the store taking ownership of this problem. We are very disappointed in this store and won't shop this one again.
