Candy was very nice and helpful. She showed us a unit and answered all the questions i needed. She even talked to me for a bit and we laughed. She is super kind. I appreciate her help with everything, and going into details about things instead of me trying to guess.

Units are good, personnel are mostly friendly. I have some issues with some policies that make the employment seem lazy or really not helpful. Utilization of the door through the lobby area and the fact that it's gate guarded like a mortal sin for me to use when my unit is 3 feet from the door is crappy. But...it is what it is. Overall if you have a large trailer or truck this is not the friendliest of facilities due to its congested units. Overall still glad I used it.

My partner and I went to get a unit here and the experience was great. It was fast and the lady who helped us was awesome. She answered all our questions and made sure everything was squared away and we could access the gate before we left.
