They seem to have a problem with tire balancing machines or technical expertise causing return trips when the job should have been done correctly the first time. They are also waning in communication skills as information is not exchanged accurately causing unpleasant encounters with narcissists staff. Hopefully they will get their act together and run the location like prior management did in the past when the store was operated effectively.

Why is it that tire companies can’t ever own up to messing up on a job. I thought these guys were different but they proved me wrong today. Their technician stripped out my lug and post and are trying to say it was that way before coming in. The lug is clearly stripped out from a torque gun but they claim the stud is fine. Visually the stud looks brand new, so why lie? If the stud is not new and the lug is horribly stripped how was it even on; why lie about that. Why would you not just send that tech over to Toyota and pick up a new lug to replace the one you tore up with your zip gun. Also I was supposed to get a military discount or 10%. Tires were $230 a piece and I bought 4, they gave me $25 off total for military discount and the math don’t add up; why lie? I guess there is no one left in Lawton OK a consumer can trust to get tires!

Two months before they had put in a fan on my brother's car. When I called to tell them something was wrong,, we had a little bit of a Tiff on whether it was our problem or their side of the problem... Which we kind of knew something was wrong with a Fan just not what. ( two months later)I ended up speaking with the manager, (Jeremy ) told him that I had A dispute about the fan because it wasn't working and the car was overheating. Had been for awhile.. Jeremy done a great job of getting a guy to look at it. Getting it diagnosed worked with me as best as possible. I get it, there's lots of people out there griping about work... But I had a Legit problem. It ended up to be the fan and the wiring harness behind it. They did guarantee and they replaced at all. Overall I give Them a Four and a half star rating even Jeremy the manager... Done thier best to work with me, as a customer and get it right. My only disputes against all this was. My brother had to take the car in twice. And set waiting half a day for it to get. Looked at to know the problem. Then walk home in over a 100° weather... He had already lost time off work for more than three days which Costed him a good bit of pay. He is a diabetic and doesn't need to be walking in that heat. I feel that a company when they are making good on a problem.. Need to do it as fast as possible and take in consideration to people's health that are bringing the cars in.... This is not the manager's fault. But I feel that something could be done to make this a little bit better. Give costumers a courtesy ride Especially in extreme circumtances... They asked he come early 8 am... car still sat till noon in line. Even though I stated my brothers diabetic he ended up walking home in mid day worst heat... Then have to walk to pick up when finishedMy brother also lost 3 days work before that. Let alone the Five days it took to fix it. Cause it was over a weekend Sunday. I get it but I just feel could have been done a little bit faster. And they need to consider the extreme circumstances when people need their cars back. And it's already been paid for. I get it there are new cars in line... Maybe they should have A mechanic.. That is able to push forward on anything that needs redone. But anyway, I gave them 4.5 stars for at least working with us listening to us. In the end, that there was a problem that was valid. My only grievance is how long it sat outside or in line... Its not the managers or mechanics fault... but the overall policies and prodicals should be done better. In essence that fan cost over eight hundred dollars the first time... And even though it was replaced Free. But since he had lost so much work, he Couldn't even pay a cab home. And even though I explained, he's a diabetic and doesn't need to be walking in a hundred and five weather.. He still ended up walking. Then in reality lost another four to five hundred in pay. So policies and protocols get only 2 stars.. They did replace defective fan and the wiring did caused the problems.Services: Electrical repair

We checked 5 places for a tire with no luck. Hibdon had the tire and a shop full of cars and people. They added us to the list gave us air in our tire so we could get a car to use so we could drop our car off for the new tire. By the time we got back they said if we could wait 30 minutes they would have us done. Great customer service. Apparently only tire in town for Moms vehicle! Thanks Hibdon!!!

I can do nothing but praise the staff at Hibdon Tires Plus. I went in there after a disappointing visit to my dealership service department in search of the cause of my fish tailing and pulling. After an exhaustive safety inspection of the components that might be the culprit they only charged me 10 dollars and said they would need an appointment to put on the balancer. After all was said and done, I was vindicated and my tires shown to be out of round and unable to balance. After a fierce back and forth between them and the KIA service department it was calmly explained to me the tires were deformed and could not be balanced even with the weights. My car was running smooth as a kitten purring after these tires were put on and balanced and I have country wide coverage at any Firestone to add to my confidence that I would be covered on road trips. They have integrity and listen attentively giving you the feeling you are cared for and intelligent as they explain everything. Do not hesitate to do business with this firm.

I sent one of our work vans in to get 2 now tires. There was a little mix up so we were expected to pay double. Mack, who originally assisted with the job, immediately fixed the issue, was extremely nice, and VERY professional. This business just gained a company that has 54 fleet vans. Great job Mack!!

Outstanding service. They set realistic expectations on time and work with you. They stand by their word even when an accidental wrong order happens and work is complete. They will make things right without having to be asked. Will be back and highly recommend because the whole up front team communicates and listens

This place use to be customer oriented, but not anymore. I made an appointment, and when I went, they had a car stuck in a bay and basically told me too bad. They didn't try to help, they actually laughed like it was a big joke. It wasn't.We were moving, and they made it so much harder because they refused to fix my air conditioning...this is in Oklahoma, where it's hot...I was moving to Arizona, another hot state. I did not have time to get the a/c fixed, so had to drive to Arizona, with my fur babies, with no air conditioning.Worst Hibdons I've ever dealt with.

Slowest service I've ever seen in my life. I arrived with a leaking valve stem, was told I was next in line. 40 minutes later they come in and tell me "the tire is fine, it's just a leaking valve stem. We'll get it changed in a couple minutes." Sat there for another 40, finally went up and asked about it, they said they had to replace the whole sensor. Great, let's do it, I have to get back to work. 20 minutes later, "we don't have to part, and can't get it for a couple days. We can just put a basic stem in, and you can get a new sensor later." Fine let's do it. Over 2 hours
