While in Lawton, Oklahoma Tony & I stayed in the Homewood Suites by Hilton. It's located right off the main highway across from the Comanche Nation's Casino and near Fort SillWe had traveled most of the day and just needed to rest. The room was quite nice and very spacious. We arrived after 8pm but the check in lady was very pleasant. The hot breakfast the next morning was wonderful. I had raisin bran with 2% milk, raisins, cranberries and fresh blueberries while Tony enjoyed cheese omelets sausage links and toast...Great breakfast ladies!! JHighly recommend!!! Very clean and great staff!!! Hilton never disappoints me!

This is by far the worst Hilton hotel I have stayed in. The rooms were filthy. The furniture is old, stained, and disgusting. I had to drape sheets over the couch and stairs to sit on them. The tub was full of mold and mildew and that's not the worst part. I woke up in the morning to rats scratching in the wall and ceiling. The hotel needs to be seriously upgraded or torn down and I would suggest the latter.

I will never stay at another Hilton/Homewood suites. Booked my reservation a month earlier, received a confirmation email with an amount, wound up getting charged nearly double the amount on my credit card. Its nearly a month later and no one can seem to figure out how to issue a refund for their mistake. Sticking with Marriott from here on out.Noteworthy details: I will never stay at another Hilton/Homewood suites. Room was good but a few flaws. No bedding for the pullout bed mold in the shower and ice bucket. Other than that the room was nice. Had breakfast at 630 but it was cold. Then got home and found out they "accidentally" charges my husband's card for an extra 150$. Got a refund but the manager didn't seem to care at all about the mistake.

While the staff is, overall, quite accommodating, they are significantly understaffed. At one point, the front desk clerk (singular) was tied up for more than 20 minutes trying to check in a guest whose reservation had been messed up. And she had zero ability to deal with more than one issue/person at a time. Three recommendations come from this: 1) more staff on the desk; 2) teach your current staff to handle more than one thing at a time; and 3) if resolution involves 2 or more calls to the supervisor (who had gone home for the day), empower your front desk clerks to make decisions on their own. It's unusual to find a hotel nowadays who isn't back to daily cleaning and linen changes - but at this hotel, that only applies if you're here for 5 days or longer. Unsatisfactory. This hotel is showing its wear-and-tear. Photos attached. A little bleach would take care of the mold in the shower, and the chairs need to be replaced. But the funniest thing is that I was supposed to shampoo my hair for 3 days with a container that barely had enough shampoo for one day's use. Luckily, I have my own. I'd recommend elsewhere, but the options in Lawton are limited.

After driving, 13 1/2 hours, I was provided a room that was unsanitary. By that, I mean it was being filtered using an ozone filter. The room had a strong, pungent smell. In addition, the staff at the hotel, who checked me in, was very rude and unaccommodating. In fact, although I initially reserved a handicapped room (because my mother who was with me is in a wheelchair), the staff tried to provide me a smaller room, that was not handicap equipped, and wanted to charge me the higher price. The price difference was 126$ per night for the double Queen handicap room and 107$ per night for a double queen. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton. And as a Hilton Honors member, this is completely unacceptable.

11/3We had reservations and the black woman who was on duty was very rude. We asked for a handicap room and she said there was none but gave us room that said ozone room do not enter. Went down to inquire about this and she became even more rude....she acted like she could not be bothered...very sad!

Zero stars if possible. The African American woman from the moment of contact act like she was being bothered. The woman's whole demeanor was giving annoyed a rude. I am a government employee here for business and the room she gave me said closed do not enter Ozone warning, the room had a bad smell as well when I went back down to inform her of the ozone warming I had no clue if it was hazardous or what. But she gave me attitude when I inquired about the warning not to enter. My mother is in a wheelchair and I needed a hotel too with mobility access. Long story short I was asking about my government rate and I looked back on the sight and it said sold out when just a minute before it said 107$ two queens beds. This is not the place to stay just drove from Tucson Arizona and had the worst experience thus far on my trip. I'm exhausted and am finding another room currently.

The beds ate like sleeping on a board! If you like hard mattress it's great if not don't book. Found a lizard in my room, front desk was like okay whatever, I'll tell maintenance when they come in. I know butter! I don't want to sleep with a lizard!

First of All...I've never stayed at a hotel that only cleaned rooms every 4 days. this is what I was told after returning to my room the way I left it. towels were still dirty in the bathroom, and Garbage had not been emptied. Then I was told I had to bring my towels down and trade them out. I felt like I was clocking in to work and not relax on Vacation. Overall, my experience was not satisfying and very unacceptable ?

The hotel is not suited for vacationing guests; it is focused on technician contractors, military families, pets, and others living at the location. The carpets were filthy, and the entire hotel smelled of wet pets and pet accidents. Our room had furniture that had been destroyed by pets yet is still in the room. There were minimal amenities (no shampoo, no blankets or sheets for the sofa bed, dishes remained in the dishwasher - not the drawers or cabinets, pool was turbid, staff was not willing to provide new towels and empty trash daily. Had we known this was the intent and focus of the hotel, we could have made a choice for a better hotel focused on vacationing customers. There was no coffee available on one of the days (NO COFFEE AT A HOTEL??!!??), the breakfast offering was scanty and simply below our standards, we ate at Cracker Barrel. There were many, many pets, mostly dogs. The hallway smelled like dogs were being bathed or there had been pet accidents. Avoid this hotel if you desire a vacation type experience.Rooms: Our room had chewed up furniture and limited ameities, not shampoo. The dishes and flatware were in the dishwasher (which it took time to figure out), the carpets were soiled. The was not a good vacation experience.

My room was not cleaned upon arrival. There was a full trash can, baby bottle with spoiled milk on the floor, couch covered in dog hair and stains and stuff spilled down the walls. I was offered scratch off tickets however a clean room would have been better. The sink held no water pressure and didn’t provide enough water to even wash my face. The digital key wouldn’t work, and physical key wouldn’t work on back doors to back parking lot often. At the complimentary breakfast they served spoiled cheese for their eggs that smelt like a mildewed sock. Staff was very friendly however this is the grossest Hilton I have ever stayed in.

Some unexpected neglect, noisy footfalls in the room above, the elevators are heavily used , a few crickets plaguing the lobby. The free breakfast had the usual, sans bacon or sausage to go with the scrambled eggs. Empty coffee dispenser.
