As usual my experience with HRB was nothing short of perfect. My taxes were mostly completed before I came in. When I finally did come in, my tax preparer Birgit, ensured that she walked me through every step and ask if I had any questions afterwards. In which case, I didn't because she had it all covered. However, it also meant giving my tax preparer every pertinent document she would need to initiate and complete my taxes. Totally satisfied with services HRB provided.
